Well, possibilities and politeness are with conditionnel présent as in English. And for the conditionnel passé, as in English, it is more connected to regret or things that "might have happened"... So it would be related to the "might have" concept. 😁
So what does "Je serais arrivé" actually mean? I will have arrived? Nous aurions parlé = we would have talked? we will have talked? I love your work, but I do sometimes feel real life examples would be very beneficial to deliver the purpose of the lesson :-)
I'm enjoying this course very much, but, as a constructive criticism, this lesson P of unit 7 is kind of disappointing. I think it's too redundant, meaning that half of the content has already been covered, and there are no example sentences, which should have been given instead!!
I know how to conjugate but I need to know when you use the le conditionnel passe, how it is used in a sentence? What are the conditions in which you use it?
Non, il est utilisé avec les deux. Mais en priorité "être" : je suis sorti(e). Si vous avez un COD, vous utiliserez avoir : J'ai sorti le chien. Il y a une vidéo détaillée sur ce sujet. :)

Merci beaucoup monsieur je me intéressé votre course .vous explique très bien en anglais et en français aussi .j'aimerais bien le conditionnel
would it be right if I explain Le conditionnel passé as trying to express possibilities, just like we use for would and could in English?
Well, possibilities and politeness are with conditionnel présent as in English. And for the conditionnel passé, as in English, it is more connected to regret or things that "might have happened"... So it would be related to the "might have" concept. 😁
Vous avêz enseigne trop bien.

@@learn_french does one letter make a difference in the whole sentence
Does this rule apply in all sentences
Like from CHENNAI ,INDIA
The high-school french teacher told us that ( etre ) is used with verbs that are associated with movements
J'aime votre videos
C'est très gentil !
Merci
thank you so much for the help
Bonjour Vincent, is the conditionnel passé the same as passé compose when we construct le conditionnel passé?
Why to word 'partir' is an exception? It's ending with 'ir' and the participe passé form also have the ending 'i' as the other verbs ending with 'ir'.
It is not the only one for the présent tense...ouvrir, souffrir, découvrir, ... :)
Merci beaucoup, Mais SVP don't use the yellow highlight, i could hardly see the letters in yellow.
merci pour les videos

Formidable
merci
j ai du mal a pratiquer le conditionel present et passe a l oral .. comment je peux m ameliorer ? merci encore une fois
Si je gagnais 10 millions, je.... (conditionnel présent)
Si j'avais gagné 10 millions au loto, je... (conditionnel passé)
Vous faites des listes ou des phrases pour vous entraîner. :)
+FRENCH FROM BEGINNERS TO ADVANCED merci beaucoup .. j'aime bien vos vidéos.
Only Like! Only gratitude! :)
I know how to conjugate but I need to know when you use the le conditionnel passe, how it is used in a sentence? What are the conditions in which you use it?
tl;dw Passe compose but with conditionnel conjugation
so, then what is the difference between futur antérieur and conditionnel ?
+Brittany Harry
The endings on avoir change between the future and conditional endings
well actually, I cannot find is it equal to which tens in English?
"Je vous remercie pour vos vidéos! Ils ont m'aidé beaucoup!" Dit un étudiant en train de caser pour son dernier examen!
you can remember the participe passe for etre by DRMRSVANDERTRAMP
Merci beaucoup Monsieur. Vincent . vous etes trop bon
Kuch samjh nahi aaya, par sunke accha laga
is it just me or were you missing the verb « revenir » in the list of verbs to use être with. (my source is DRMRSVANDERTRAMP)
le verbe sortir c'est avec auxiliaire avoir ! pas avec être
Non, il est utilisé avec les deux. Mais en priorité "être" : je suis sorti(e). Si vous avez un COD, vous utiliserez avoir : J'ai sorti le chien. Il y a une vidéo détaillée sur ce sujet. :)
merci beaucoup !
