Ali Plub is one of my favourite interviewers ... if not my absolute favourite. He always comes up with really good questions (as well as the standard ones) and has great rapport with all the celebs (who are willing to have a chat instead of just answer questions)! I mean, didn't Tarantino say he had a great question? That's HIGH praise!!!
Correct. It can feel like your arms are going to literally “pop off”. I used to go into “the zone”. Nothing is more powerful when you go into “the zone”. You actually feel yourself becoming one with your teammates and all you hear is the water. An experience that an individual really feels when you row with all your heart. It was an amazing experience.
Eleven-hour days ( ten hours with one hour lunch) is a DREAM job. Hell, Clint Eastwood shoots twelve/thirteen hour days and it's the best. I guess if you can get your daily schedule shots in eleven hours more power to you.
I.do not like this interviewer, for whatever reason I seem to get him competing with his celebrity guests to be charming. He is a bit too cute ( not a compliment) for me.
I see it as humorous sparring and he realises that the interviewees are fatigued with the same questions and the focus on them in all interviews, it allows them to have a conversation, and turn the tables on someone they feel comfortable.
The thing is this a press junket. They have a hotel room and a 10 minute window and all the journalists in the industry queuing up. The actors can get tetchy, fatigued and the interviews can get really stale. Ali has to bring something different to keep the interview feeling fresh and not the 15th of the morning and drag something insightful out the actors.
I will NEVER get sick of hearing about George and Brad's pranks on each other and other people.
I really happy Callum is making movies. He was amazing in Fantastic Beasts!
That was a lot of fun, especially as I'm no wiser about the movie. Just three blokes having a giggle.

He sure and ask unique questions.

He was in fantastic beasts! 🎉
No one knows how tough rowing is except rowers.
I can see that from just watching them row...
