IIRC, I've only had Korean green teas once while we were having a group session at a friend's place. Very interesting, but I sadly don't remember them too well.
Hey Sigi that one sounds interesting for sure .... ummmm I recently tryed Qing zhuan .... a wonderful hei cha made for old green tea ... definitely a hei cha but also definitely impacted from being a old green tea before pressing ... gonna have to try the tea you are sipping
It does seem that way for the fresh green teas that can lose some of their lustre within a few months. But maybe others will stay with you and grow over time
Have you had any experiences with Korean green tea? Like Nokcha?

@@guydrinkstea It might be worth re-investigating as they can have a profile similar to yellow tea - which you seem to like

So basically, a green tea that was pressed into a brick and fermented? Sounds fascinating!
