What does this sentence in second paragraph of survey preface means-
"For countries dependent on imports, prices and payable in dollars, a global slowdown led by US offers a triple relief."

it means that if there is a global slowdown in economic activities and mainly because of us due to say recession or any other issues then prices will go down oil prices will go down other commodity prices will go down and countries mainly dependent on imports can buy things spending less dollars in lesser prices ....it will put less pressure on forex reserves depletion that's what it meant i guess
