Ymm....Afghan Vegetarian Food Porn, the colors, the textures, your savouring the different foods and the Afghan Rice/KabuliPalaw, made with Basmati rice and raisins amidst the other ingredients, definitely worth trying out and if instead of frying the eggplant, next time you'll try sauteeing, I wonder if this would work for grated taro root?
