I'm 40 weeks 1 day, 3 cm and at 80/90% effaced. I've denied stripping the membranes and am happy I don't have to be induced due to my body progressing. I also will delay having my water broken as long as possible. I'm truly curious how I will handle this. It is our first and I plan on doing this natural. I get moments of anxiety thinking about what's to come but I remember my body is MADE to do this and the feeling leaves as fast as it came.

I really like that they don’t cut each other off when speaking. Also, when they say “surges” do they mean contractions??

I am currently 37 weeks pregnant and feeling so empowered! Thank you for all the videos. I wish I would have found them way earlier but it's okay! I feel like a natural birth experience is in my near future but thank you for talking about all the different interventions and your own experiences. Know the difference between a Desire and a solid choice.. love it! 👍😊
