This is not my last video of them because they have so many great scenes and quotes that I feel like I need some instrumental song to just vid my feelings away. But right now I needed to vid this song because... isn't it perfect for them? We all knew from the beginning Fitz will be her endgame, I knew that, but I guess we all did, right? He was the one lover she would never leave.
Okay, I will be bitter now.
I started to watch this show because of these two. And I just recently realized that. I never watched s1 of Scandal. I mean, I saw few episodes but never truly watched it. And please, don't tell me this is the reason I ship Olivia/Jake and not Olivia/Fitz.
I love them so much. OMG. One of my biggest OTPs. THEY DANCED. Olivia danced with Jake (did she ever happy dance with fitz, yeah, i don't think so haha). But I guess she didn't want to dance because she ended up with Fitz haha but okay back to my Olake. Jake knew she will not choose him. But to be honest I think Olivia loved Jake. He was her safe place. She called him all the time. When she was "forced" to marry Fitz she called Jake to talk about it. When she was in trouble - she called Jake. He wanted to stand in the sun with her. He never thought he could be happy and there he was, in the sun, happy. In love. Olivia was the one for him, I wish he was the one for her.
Spoilers to season 7: I hate/love what they do to Olivia. I mean, I think this is great move from character's development point of view, because all this time she wanted power and I think she needed to have it all, to lose it all to understand it's wrong. So it was good. BUT DEAR LORD. She destroyed Jake. She was using him, and hurting him and omg. He was awful because of her. So I guess that's why I "hate" her in season 7 because I don't like Jake in the end. Lat few scenes when HE FINALLY FEELS are okay. THE SAND HE WAS HOLDING TO THE FREAKING SAND FROM THE BEACH THIS WHOLE TIME OMG JAKE BALLARD I LOVE YOU. And their last scene was good. So at least we had that.
So it's Apri 20th, in 4 days are my birthday and I think I will vid myself some multicouples using all my underrated couples that nobody ships hahaha!

These two could have had it all. I fell for them so fast and just can't stop loving them. Jake and Liv should have been their Happy ending, since they always were eachothers save place. They stand in the Sun. How Happy they were, when they were together. Season 7 officially broke my heart. I hated Liv in that Season. As you said she destroyed Jake, in the worst way possible. But still they could've had it all. They deserved to stand in the Sun. Because let's be honest. Who would choose Vermont over the Sun.

Aww, beautiful video! I hate that I'm just now seeing this, but I wasn't seeing any new videos for Olake. I was watching a few mvids since it's been a while and saw this one. Scandal became a chore to watch the last few seasons (especially Liv's bipolar attitude towards Jake and everyone) and Olake was the ONLY thing keeping me hanging on by a thread. They are the only thing I miss about the show, and this video reminded me of their chemistry and how their relationship was a hell of a lot better than the toxic, abusive, and insanity of Olitz. Like I've said in the past, Jake was ALWAYS the one Liv ran to when she needed someone or someone to talk to about anything. She never talked to Fitz about things like she did Jake, she was also the one always running to Jake while on the other hand, Liv was always the one dumping Fitz and didn't give a damn when he slept with half of Washington then when Jake was seeing someone else Liv turned into a BSC stalker lol. I'm still sure Liv loved Jake and haven't wavered on that, her actions showed it over and over again. She was always ready and willing to let the world burn for Jake, never for Fitz. Jake and Liv also made each other better and were the healthier and more realistic relationship. Olitz was nothing but a toxic fantasy that would of never went anywhere (Insanity like Jake told Liv) S5 literally showed why Olitz will NEVER work out and that Liv doesn't want a life or future with Fitz. She could of had it with Fitz when everything was out of the way and she still did her damnest to throw it away but after that Liv was ready and willing to be with Jake. Jake and Liv should of ended up together and went back to the island, but I always knew Liv would end the show alone so I was always prepared. I'll always be Team Sun.

and honestly seeing just from your video how destroyed jake is I'm almost glad I did. that phrase, that he's too good for her, honestly, yes. Jake Ballard is too good for us all but olivia not being able to let go of fitz and have the beautiful love story she could have had with jake is the greatest tragedy of all :(

OMG OMG OMG!!! This was the biggest surprise!! I am so happy you made this!!! I love when you vid them. I miss them so much. I really think Jake was a chance for Olivia to truly be happy. I'm glad you included so many examples of him being the one she turns to when she needs to escape the traps in her life, particularly in her relationship with Fitz, which always brought her down. I am still so damn angry that she didn't end up in the sun with Jake. It would have made so much more sense for the narrative. Anyway, thank you so so much for making this gorgeous video and rekindling my love for these two! I'm forever bitter over this show, but you always warm my heart with videos like this!

I love the TRINITY of Jake Olivia and Fitz....everyone battling against each other about who was better, who loved Olivia more or who Olivia loved more. But i truly feel that Olivia is in love with BOTH of them just as Fitz and Jake are in love her equally. So i am a fan of all three. KW said once on one of their Scandal Panels, when asked who was the better kisser, that Olivia kisses both Jake and Fitz very differently. That they are two very different kissers, just as they're relationships are very different. And i can completely see where she is coming from. Neither is worse or better, less or more than the other. BOTH Fitz and Jake have become incredibly meaningful and important people in her life and is why she could never stay away from either for very long. She loves them both, they both love her, that's just the way it is, so i like all three. Loved this video. Really hope they do a reboot or spin off of Scandal, because it is seriously needed.
I've never seen the show but this is epic and powerful!! It really makes me want to watch the show... For Jake's character if nothing else.
