Easy crochet basket with round/circular wooden base

Easy crochet basket using the knit stitch/waistcoat stitch.
It took me about 30 min to crochet the basket.
Materials:
☆Round/circular wooden base in diameter 12cm, 3mm thickness
☆Hand dyed Rainbow Tshirt yarn 330-380gr/100m, 7-9mm thiknes.
☆6mm crochet hook.

Some recommendations:
Choose the size of the hook as recommended on the yarn label. If you crochet too tight please choose the hook one size bigger then recommended. Always make a little sample to make sure you like the tension.
The Tshirt yarn is the most popular yarn to crochet the basket. However you can use macrame cord, two or more strands of the 100% cotton yarn (50gr/100m).

Hi, thanks for watching my video. If you are using the same yarn thickness 7-9mm, then try to make the same sequence - 1DC in the next 2 holes, 2DC in the next hole, and one more increase in the last hole. And I would suggest to make stitches loose, don't make them tight. Happy crocheting!
