Respected sir main business income ITR old Regime mein bharta aya hu ab tk. Lekin ab AY 2024 25 mein new regime default hai. Agar mein AY 2024 25 mein old regime otp krta hu incase income from business to kya mein AY 2025 26 mein firse new regime otp kr skta hu? Ya sirf ek bar hi option hai?

No Sir, with all due respect, 2 things are not correct in video-
44AD is not covered and only MSME suppliers who have "registration certificate" can avail this benefit.
Please recheck FAQs issued by Ministry.
