I'm horribly sorry it took me forever to get to it, but first I was busy taking care of my oldest son, who is/was beyond sick, and now like most moms who overly coddle their kids, I'm sick. Yes, he's 20, but he will always be my baby, so here I am.....sick for what seems the 150th time this yr between them both bring crud home. Eh, whatever. It's my job as the mom. I've honestly been so wrapped up in getting my ducks in a row for my own business, and starting my own channel, that I haven't much thought of my costume. We live in the worlds tiniest town so I get the kids across the street and my 15&20 yr old wanting candy. There too old to trick or treat, so we don't go out. Besides I couldn't imagine dragging my leg for 5 miles anymore. And my GFs adult party we usually attend, has been put off as she just had surgery on both knees. God, we sound old! Lol! I'll still costume up, only for myself because Halloween is my fav, but I'll probably recycle my (cont)
YRS CONT. BECAUSE I TALK TOO MUCH! Lol. Anyway, I'll recycle my "sexy" marine (hubby was an enlisted marine just home from war when we met. It always sounds romantic in my head. Reality was a scary nightmare. Movies that make it seem so should be banished I tell ya!) so our first adult party was an easy couples costume. Cheesy, generic, but cute. Or I'll recycle my Gangster Moll suit. Maybe my evil fairy. I have a old Hollywood glam ventriloquist costume I'm working on, have been for 2 yrs now, just not done. My hubby loves the gore and monsters, but I kinda freak out with any kinds of masks that make breathing difficult. And he's a mans man, so I have to put options out for him to agree or veto. Oh! Plus I REFUSE to do anything another couple has done before at the party. Which is hard as there's about 50 couples at least. There been a pregnant nun and priest, but never anything freaky, which the hubby will love. So, I'm so glad you shared this. I'll add it to his list of choices for
Next yrs couples theme. He will dig the black blood, and the fact that he can be comfortable in his costs as well. I'll have to choose a different costume to the one you bought, our group is too friendly, esp after drinks. It'll ask for groping. Lol. I tell them all the time outsiders would think us a lot of spouse swappers! Lol! We're all just close, and men are men, esp after a few too many drinks! So! Now that I've bored you to death, thanks for the great add to the hubby's list of choices for next yr. if we don't use it maybe my oldest and his GF can. Though she's a bit sweet and more tinker bell like and my boy is very much his dad. What will you do on Halloween, and what costume will you end up wearing? Everyone's making a big deal about it being the 666th yr of All Hallows' Eve being celebrated. Ridiculous if you ask me. I told my sons they obv didn't know the meaning of the night and needed to educate themselves! Or actually listen when I teach them things! Smh. Toddles xxox

Surprisingly it wasn't bad at all. I used a makeup wipe and face wash and that was it. The black zombie blood comes off with water so that was super convenient!!! 🔮
