Clíona Ní Bhuachalla and Dónall Mac an Rí meet a very young Kíla busking on the streets of Ennis to an enthusiastic audience.
The band have travelled to county Clare to represent their school Coláiste Eoin in Slógadh, an annual festival with competitions in music, drama and dancing organised by Gael Linn.
This episode of ‘Púiríní’ was broadcast on 16 April 1988. The presenters are Clíona Ní Bhuachalla and Dónall Mac an Rí.
‘Púiríní’ was an Irish-language programme for teenagers, presented by Clíona Ní Bhuachalla and Dónall Mac an Rí, who were both students in University College Dublin (UCD) when it began. The programme followed them on their weekend trips to festivals and events around the country. It was produced by Coco Television for RTÉ and ran for three series, from 1988 to 1990.

A guy plays the violin beautifully in *large, open* store parking lots near me. Got him to give me the thumbs up mid note and stun the fook out of sceptics. 😋😆😉I hope they leave him be and let him play. Same as these guys.
