Nice little setup with the property there eh! Like the blinds may put them in my camper that I use while I'm building my log cabin... that electric saw would be great by my wood stove in the basement. When u have a piece of wood, that's just a bit too long to fit in the stove, lol... also check out The Woodland Escape he built a small cellar with logs and backfilled over the top thunk he's in Ontario there eh! Sorry this comment should have been on your latest video...
Thanks. I got the blinds at Walmart. Tha saw is amazing for quick jobs. It's great to carry on snowmobile or out setting a few rabbit snares. Like you said, even when you have a junk of wood a little too long. There are saws like this one, but you can put chain oil in the saw. This one you can't, I would think it would be a better saw.
Thanks @Jennay369 I just finished watching myself glad to know you checked out my buddy Jim great channel and he's doing great job with this off grid property isn't he. Yes my buddy that black ice is bad stuff indeed stay safe, and Happy Halloween 🎃
You should be very proud of yourself! It is coming along a treat and looking so comfortable. Those blinds were a happy accident, all blend in perfectly and so better than all the boring same.
Nice and comfortable you'll be this winter. Are you planning to wrap insulation around your camper? My wife's grandmother used to set hay bales around her trailer,as well as thick plastic to keep the bales dry, and help keep the underside dry and warm!
Yeah, next year I'm going to put a skirt around the bottom. I won't spend much time in the camper when temps are -30*C but I'll be there a lot when it's -10*C and warmer. After going for rides on snowmobile it's a good place to come back to and have a cook-up. I will be building a cottage on the property in a couple of years from now. Waiting until have have enough money saved before I start.
I'll spend lots of time in the camper when I come back from a ride on snowmobile, when the temps are -10*C and warmer. I won't be there when it's -30*C hahahaha
Darling: Guys do not care about colour......lol in my home decorating experience with hubby.... all home interiors to him should look like his garage.. we lived in a 1968 Detroiter trailer out in the bush for 5 years with no hydro, or technology... now that is off grid in long, long, long cold winters.... love watching your videos, northern Ontario

Looking good. I’m thinking the paint color of your cabinetry is called Newfie Lifestyle Blue.

I know people that live in RVs, the thing that would stress me out would be dealing with the Canadian winters.
With his setup and the right setup it’s no problem at all actually.
@@Chad-dh4vu good to know!
There's Canadian winters then there's Newfoundland winters.😊
@ yes it’s a different one there for sure 😊

I've found that the more time you spend outdoors, the less you care about the indoors!
