As you say, the hands and dial do not seem to be aligned very slightly.
But for me, it's acceptable.
On the other hand, I like the combination of the green dial, the gold hands and the indexes, so I really like it.

That's a deployant clasp strap. Have you changed the strap? Or it's original supplied with the watch?
This is the genuine strap that came with the product from the beginning.

I don't know the details of the movement, but since the chronograph hands move in small steps like a mechanical type, I think that the interpretation of meca-quartz is fine.
