Don’t be so hard, you still look amazing ! But eating healthy is sure a plus. I gained so much due to lupus & all the medication (17 pieces each day) but as much as it hurt to look at myself I know I can t change it 😢 love all the new products you’re creating and the art you’re making. I feel like I'm going through exactly the same thing. 40+ yrs old, Just moved to the city after 20 years in the middle of nowhere, widowed and divorced, currently renting a small place with my brother, trying to figure out my place in the world. The battle with loneliness and depression is hard, especially in my situation, a creative working in a high stress high stakes career. I don't know where I'm going to end up but in the meantime I enjoy painting while I listen to your videos. Thank you for making things.

It can be really scary to go grocery shopping alone. I recommend seeing which stores are open later. My weis/giant closes around 11 so i like to go at like 10pm! There's never anyone there and I use self checkout. Also I just want to say thank you for making videos. I go to college for painting and sometimes I forget that squiggles, rainbows, doodles, anything I make is still art! You inspire me to draw something from the heart today

In the 90s I would go to the grocery late like 2 a.m. from being afraid of people. Then I would try and focus on how all the groceries looked like coloful detail filled pieces of art to help me get though it. 🎨 😅

Eating healthier doesnt have to be repetitive or devoid of flavor/color/variety. There are plenty of fruits, veggies( and meat alternatives if youre vegan.) you can try all sprts or rice amd stewed veggies , make shiskebins woth seasoned squash grilled tomatoes and cubed seared chicken or steak. Tofu, tuna, salm, grilled chicken, legumes, almonds, chia seeds, hemp, some superfoods like blueberries , pomegranate and blackberries are great. Swiss chard, kale for dark greens. Lean proten, lowfat dairy, leafy greens, etc..and omega 3 fatty acids , such as salmon, or tuna, tilapia, any fish really, avodados etc
