The receptacle at my house is not a GFI and everything worked perfectly. It was when hit the road when I discovered the anomaly with the GFI breaker tripping at places I stayed at. I unfortunately cannot change out these breakers that don't belong to me. It's been three months now and there's been no issues.
I understand now. My bus has the same issue. I should go in and find where the neutral and ground are bonded but we stay mostly @ older campgrounds that werent under new code with gfci breakers. Thanks for responding. Im truely impressed with your ingenuity. Not many guys like you, especially today.
IMO it would be much safer to keep the ground in tact and install a regular breaker in the short term.

No neutral will blow up electronics
It's the shore power ground I disconnected. I still have the hot and neutral.
