They weren't keeping their names because it seems like the cryopod was just spawning in a brand new creature with the same stats. Every time they were deployed it says "You've tamed a [creature name]!"
Dingle Cup series in ASA?! I didn't think it would be on the first day of December, what a surprise that is. I will say The Island isn't really an Ark to get high levels and is a story map, so um...ya, once all the other maps that are on ASE come to ASA, we are in for a treat. Anyways you both did very well today and have a great day/night friends.
Since we got s3, I'd like to re-state my idea about a challenge!! Pick a spawn-spot, and then tame the first 6 creatures you see(All must be different species, duplicates don't count in the 6). You get 3 passes for if you see something really bad really quickly
So glad we finally have mods on console. Sure its takes about 7 years since they teased us with them and it cost $45 but its alot more fun then i remember in ase singleplayer
So after they made an entirely new game, Hesperonis' taming is still extremely bugged? Didn't seem like increased rates did anything there. Also, those battles. I see "new and improved AI", where creatures are still too dumb to turn around.
bro this “Pokemon” arena thing is awesome you know what would be cool if all dinosaurs are lvl one and inly the ability or health is the game changer, whatever its a super good idea looking forward to see a mode like this actually happen ingame imma keep that in mind👀 Try make a rule so you can use whistle to get more control and potentially make it more competitive 😶 this is very interesting dude👀
Have you thought of some sort of RhynioBall, where you try to precision drop critters into goals with your Rhynio, while also slowing each other down with sap bombs or somesuch? There's got to be some fun to be had with Rhynio Shenanigans.
Not sure if it has been suggested before but how about a "Hunted" version where it is only animals on the hunted mod? You have to find the nests, steal the eggs or passive tame the wandering babies and all the fights will be with the level 1 creatures.
Having to find a procoptodon on The Island and then immediately following up with a hesperornis, I would've lost my patience too. xD Especially while knowing the context from your streams.
Maybe next time, do multiple wheels. Carnivores on one, herbivores on another, weaker starter dinos on another. Might be a bit less RNG and more fun to watch
The other cryo mod that adds a terminal is the one I use in liue of Dino storage atm (Dino storage’s maker said he’s not working on it till after holidays) and it keeps the names of Dino’s safe
You should do a stat war in ark So you do the normal things you do, but instead of fighting you battle using the stats, highest stat on each dino. Use a mod to supercharge the levels to make it really interesting
Just yesterday it occurred to me. Where are the procops? I never saw one on ASA and thought were they a scorched Dino. No wildcard just made them more rare
How about the Shiny dino mod as duell theme you guys get a shiny gun and let a wheel spin to get the dino what you must spawn / tame and then with the gun random mode and thats what you get with level and color .(you can tame with right click on the gun) :)
Petition to leave hesparonis out of the dingle cup. it is not worth keeping it xD also custom dino spawns is a dino level mod that will help give better levels to the map. there is a rag like setting in the ini files you can use
I FIGURED OUT THE XBOX SINGLE PLAYER GAME DELETE SAVES: This is super stupid, but its about being connected "online". If you arent connected it wont have the saveWhat you have to do when you load in, try to join a server and if it says you have to be connected then close the game and restart until it doesnt. Then go in to load your single player. Please share.
