Your mum would be so proud of you my brother. I started my weight loss few months before I seen u started. I started 245kg. 10months ago I got home from my workout and found my dad in bed died of a heart attack. As much it hurt and mentally destroyed me. I woke up and worked out the next day and continue to push my self day in day out. I’m now about to hit 99kg. Your videos have so much meaning and reach to so many people and we are all proud of everything you continue to do bro. ❤

Keep up the good work bro. I've dropped 21 kilos by doing 3km walks, strength training and incorporating intermittent fasting in my diet. Down from 192kgs to 171kgs since December 2023. We'll get there together.
