There is a treatment for this too, but I don't think they will do all this. By the way, I saw that video of Zakir Naik in which it was said that eating non-veg is not farz it is not necessary, so it came to my mind that I will will become vegetarian or I will even sacrifice a goat on Eid, but whatever meat is there, I will feed it to the animals. If animals eat animals, then no vegetarian feels bad

Can you ask the same question to the Centre government and ask them to stop the beef export. As per your knowledge India is the number one beef exporter and UP is one of them. Eid is coming 1 time in a year. But what about the beef export that has a similar number of animals cut every day?

Killing animals for survival is not rare. Just go to high altitude places or go islands where there is only water for 100 kilometres. There are many such places on earth and people daily eat non veg food there.

Okay so I am a muslim and every year on eid al adha our entire family (like all my father's brother nd their kids nd wife) meet at my grandparent's house nd in their backyard we sacrifice about 4 to 5 goats in the duration of the assigned 3-4 days. I was never very religious so ofc this sacrificial practice never sat well with me (even tho I consumed non-veg on a daily basis) nd that i feel majorly was bcz we used to spend time with those goats, when me nd my cousins were 12-13 we literally used to urge our parents to go to dadi's house asap bcz we wanted to play with the goats. We were always excited for eid ul adha not bcz we loved eating meat but bcz we loved playing nd bonding with them. We used to cry at the time of sacrifice nd as I grew older I started hating that day. Now again, i was never very religious, never tried to read the quran but last year I read the english version of it, i became religious ( like from not praying at all to praying 4-5 days a week) and started feeling a connect to god, like finally actually believing in his existence but i still am not able to agree with Allah on the point that we need to sacrifice an animal in order to prove our allegiance to him. Like should'nt we do the qurbani of our ego, bad habits nd stuffs like that. Ofc ppl will say god does not need my agreement but you guys r missing the point, he isn't just our creator he is also the creator of those animals then why would he ask us to sacrifice his own creation nd also to consume it later on. I am still just 18, maybe too naive to understand it rn but I really hope that one day I'll understand the reason behind it nd even though I can't ask my family to quit this practice but will surely not continue it once I move out and also btw me nd my brother are trying really hard to quit eating non veg bcz we have a cat nd I can never imagine nor will let anyone sacrificing it in the name of religion.
