I've just come from a month in Europe and the UK. I was happiest when roaming the ancient forests of Scotland for hours upon hours. I've always known my own affinity for nature, but I had no idea how happy it actually made me until I had to return to populated areas of an evening. Cities and crowded places...it's like sandpaper against my soul.
As a norwegian i could not pick a better man to show, and represent, our beautiful country. I hope you succeed to make more people seek nature. There is no better therapy for the stressfull life we usually live.

Today, Bjorn...my 2 son's and I made the hike to our sacred family waterhole in Bath PA. It was so great to be by that little waterfall again and the stress just melted off!

Love this! I'm fortunate that I live in a similar area of New Hampshire, streams and lots of trees and nature every day . I'm outside more than inside with my horses. Everyone needs to be outside, it does something for your body and soul! Great video❤
