    The best way to describe this is "you reap what you sew." Your body will always adapt to what you put it through. So litterally any exercise will strengthen you as much as it challenges you. Also junk volume isnt a thing. Every set every rep counts even if it doesnt contribute to asthetic growth. Those garbage sets are where the money is made. So either you want to be the best at your practice and comit to it or you dont. Plain and simple. For reference i was a professional athlete, and have a MS in Kinesiology and am a personal trainer for the United States Navy.

      Thank you for the comment. I would like to respond to this in another Q&A video, but I need to understand your argument better so I don't misrepresent you. What do you mean by "Every set every rep counts even if it doesnt contribute to asthetic growth". If it doesn't count towards growth, then what would it be counting towards?

      @@Valeker your mechanics, your overall endurance, your psychological endurance. You also should not forget that all these people from long ago worked physically taxing jobs all...day...long. and most of them never looked like body builders. Just very few of them were obese or built weakly. Before i stopped regularly working out. I would be in the gym for 2 hours before i would even start sweating. It all depends on what you train for. I personally thing training for the purpose of simply looking good is trivial. What good are big muscles if you dont have muscle to mind connection, coordination, reflex? We know from many research studies that one of the greatest factors in overall health and good health in advanced age is functional movment.

      @Valeker  2 місяці тому

      @@danpierce8862 I 100% agree with you about functionality! My whole training philosophy (which I talk about in other videos) is to build an attractive body by getting strong on the big lifts, which also include calisthenics movements like back squats and weighted pullups. Getting jacked also requires one to have good mind to muscle coordination and reflexes like you mentioned. Anyways, I will be making an more in depth video response about this, I hope you are ok with that :)

    Bro you gotta make some shorts edits or something like that. It'll help you blow up.

    • @Valeker
      @Valeker  2 місяці тому +1

      Thanks for the input bro. I’ve actually been thinking of doing that but I suck at editing and I’m also really slow at it. In a couple weeks though I’ll have an editor doing all the editing for me and he’ll be able to get some shorts out as well.

    • @Valeker
      @Valeker  2 місяці тому +1

      I would love to help but first I need to know more about your situation. What was your physique like before the cut in terms of weight and body fat? how much did you lose from the cut? And how’s your training looking like? How many times a week do you train, and how many sets do you do per muscle group?

      @@Valeker I started about a year ago at around 90kgs. Cut down to 83kgs and still going. But all my weights are the same. I train 5x a week doing bro split.
      8-15 reps per set, usually 3x, try to push till failure

    wtf 3 exercice per muscle group ??? i only do dips and pull up with hight frequencity lol

    • @Valeker
      @Valeker  2 місяці тому +1

      haha yeah lol, your training style and mine are two completely different things, and theres nothing wrong with that. But if you do have the time and equipment, and want to maximize for muscle growth, then training the same muscle in different ways can be beneficial.
