Mac & Daisy | you and me | Saved by the Bell (2020)

A lot of people don’t like the new Saved by the Bell reboot, but I only liked it because of Daisy and Mac. I think they just need a better script. Overall, I think the show had the same feel as the old one, but just shot in modern time.
Hopefully you enjoy this non-canon couple as much as I do. I really want them to become canon in a future season if the show gets renewed. If not then their friendship will always be my favorite one on the show.

For some reason, I can just see them being together. They were the one couple that felt right. He says that she is his best friend, but I’m not sure he would do as much as he did for a friend. Maybe it’s that he really does see her as a friend, but deep dow he doesn’t. Same with Daisy - I wouldn’t be surprised if she is to caught up in school to face feelings for Mac. But we will just have to see how next season goes :) If there will be a next season.

@@mobandziito sorry to comment almost a year after you did but like I kind of agree too. Like idk what it was about Zack and Kelly but it's different than Mac and Daisy and I mean idk i think it has something to do with the fact the Zack, though he was good to Kelly and usually tried to do right by her, he never really changed outside of his in Kelly relationship. He was always pretty selfish outside of Kelly. Now I could be I never watch all of saved by the bell (the original one) but I watched most of it and there'd be times were I was like maybe Zack will actually change this time and that next something happened it was just the same thing over again he was selfish. Maybe by the end of the show he great character development but from looks of his character in the reboot it doesn't really appear that way. That whole situation with Zack was why I stopped watching the show in the end anyways. Plus I also kind of Kelly was to perfect and put together. I like Mac and Daisy better because Mac has changed because he wanted to do better for Daisy sure but just be a better person in general, be a better friend, a better son, and a better student. And Daisy was maybe triggered it but he expanded beyond Daisy. And Daisy was able to help him through it and help him be a better man towards more than just her

Sorry for responding after over a year later but I know I was definitely thinking about that while watching both shows. Idk I was also kind of like why isn't Jesse and Zack a thing (idk if that ever happened even for a second I stopped watching the original after like the 4th season) while watch the original and while watching the reboot I was like well at least they are fixing that fact in a way. Because in season 2 you just knew it was going to become something next season. But I was also laughing a little bit because I feel like Mac and Daisy's relationship is better than Kelly and Zack's. So I was like are the writing really showing in a round about way Zack and Jesse would be a better, healthier relationship. Lol idk i just thought it was funny
