I've just watched all the videos on the channel and htey are really great. I fell in love with bartending due to an anime series called 'bartender', really shows some great stories behind the cocktails.
I would love to see a video about the story why bartenders are called bartenders and why the door of a traditional bar is always so 'heavy'. I've seen it in that anime but just wanted to hear if it's true of what I know, it also would make a great addition to the channel.

I don't get it. There's Absynth and there's Pernod - what is Pernod Absynth supposed to be?
Also, there's a huge taste difference between Cointreau and Triple Sec.
