it depends on which Toyota, the year, the condition, what parts you buy, how fast you want it to go, etc. So yeah, the answer is, it depends. Generally it will be cheaper than in the US though.

I don't know what is hard about going to Japan. I studied at a Japanese language school for about a year so I can speak the language. You can get a nice used car for under $10,000.
