Sisters Meal Festival in S.E.Guizhou 2023

Every year on the 15th day of the third lunar month, it is the "Sisters Meals Festival" for Miao people in S.E.Guizhou, China. On this festival day, girls and women all have colorful "sister meals" and give each other as gifts to show good luck. Sister rice "is made by steaming glutinous rice soaked in various colors using wild flowers and leaves collected from the mountain. During Sister's Day, girls can give their "sister's meal" they make to their loved ones to eat. During the festival, there are also lively bullfighting scenes, Miao song competitions, drumming dance, and also dancing on Lusheng, festival clothing and silver ornaments show and other activities!!
