I'll still dabble in Marvel, but it'll likely be a few months before I pick up another kit. I want to make sure I complete the Shatterpoint starter + all the stuff I've bought for it (because I know I'm also going to be picking up Grevious when it comes out next month too) before my backlog gets too big again
I would say Theed would be cool as it's less urban than NYC but more of a historical European urban. Either way I look forward to it and your take on these Shatterpoint models. Sounds like you have a good plan to keep your sanity and enjoy painting and not just grinding.
I think I've settled on some what of an alien forest world ,but generic enough that I can incorporate settlements etc into it. Something that has a little more color than an urban environment (which will make for some interesting mixed boards too, because I can make both organic natural elements in combination with more man-made items)
Top notch John -- Love your content and honesty :)
You're welcome and I appreciate it! :)
Looking forward to seeing your painting progress on Shatterpoint, although I'm going to miss all those MCP videos 😊

If you ever find time, a video on how you pack minis for commissions would be niche but useful
Not a bad idea!
