Just finished watching all 4 of your Lake Superior Circle tour videos and it looked like you had a great time. I live in South Dakota and my wife I plan on doing the Circle Tour with another couple next July. We will start in Duluth and ride in the opposite direction you took. Great content in your videos-they gave us some suggestions on places to eat, stay and visit. Glad you made it home safely.

Thank you! We’re happy we were able to help. It’s a beautiful ride, especially the north side through Canada. You really want to keep an eye out for moose on the northeast section of the lake. A local group of riders warned us about that area. Ride safe and have a great trip!

@@MudNMuddiesWe'll keep the moose in mind when we go up there! We're used to dodging buffalo on the bike out here in South Dakota! Looking forward to our trip, although we won't be doing as many miles every day like you did. We'll probably take 5-6 days to go all the way around the lake

Are Harley’s known to give trouble ? I’m thinking of buying the new CVO ST. I hear they give trouble. Any info on this ?

They’re known for being outstanding motorcycles that are incredibly reliable. The technician said it was “just a fluke thing”. The main difference between the motor on the new one and mine (mechanically) is that the new ones are liquid cooled. The CVO ST comes with a nice big motor upgrade and the liquid cooling should help the engine last even longer. However, this is the first year for the new infotainment system and this new cooling system. It would probably be worth talking to one of the technicians at your local dealership, or waiting till after this first riding season to get one. This would just be to see if they had any bugs with the new system. Harley is known for thoroughly testing before they place motorcycles on the market. I’ve never been to a Harley-Davidson dealership where the techs were not more than willing to answer any questions you might have.

Next time try knocking the bugs off with your purse.
