Handwashing is the best prevention for infections and to not spread person to person. Also, very, very important for hands to be washed before and after handling raw meat, chicken, etc... Aida was helping prepare chicken and didn't wash hands. You can become very sick from handling raw chicken in such a manner. Teach children to wash hands frequently and thoroughly please.

Have her sit down and do ankle exercises. 1) bend her toes out and hold 10 to 20 seconds, repeat for two more times, 2) have her pull her toes towards her for the same amount of times and repeat two more times. 3) stand facing a wall about 12-15 inches away, place hands on wall and lean towards wall without bending her waist, she needs to stretch her back leg her back calf muscle. 4) have her stand and hold something for balance and lift up onto her toes, do three sets of ten lifts. Just have her try to do those simple exercises for a week to see how she does. Please help her get that ankle mobile again. 🙏🏼💕
