The bullpen dance off is the best imo simply do to the amount of fun the guys were having. It's hard not to enjoy a group of guys just relaxed being kids again
@Calem LePage i dated a guy who played some minor league baseball and he played for a Single A team in a relatively small town. The town was all about supporting that team, though- Jeff (the ex) said he got spoiled playing there because while there weren't sellouts, the weekend games in particular were one of the only things to do there so thats what everyone did- go to the game. He said that people in the town knew the names and stats for every player, and while he was in the bullpen, they'd chat with fans and find out where the "after party" was gonna be, what was going on in everyone's life, etc etc. Just a really cool experience it seems from what he described. He said he was heartbroken whenhe was cut- just as hurt to be leaving that team and town as he was to not play baseball anymore.
I wish this is was how sports always was instead of so many people taking it way too serious. I used to work security at AT&T stadium and I found a lady sitting on the floor outside the bathroom crying her eyes out after the cowboys lost a preseason game. Geez lady it's not that serious.
For some reason I’m usually way more emotionally invested in football than baseball yet I have much more fun watching baseball and it actually feels leisurely, whereas before and after watching football my anxiety is all over the place
I find something wholesome and delightful about watching professional ball players balancing the seriousness of the the sport with the joy of companionship.
@Mai Nyigguh In a few of these clips home runs were hit and there was also a rain delay. When you play 162 games a year , you need that even when the game IS exciting
When you do the third not so serious, make sure you put the one where Rizzo was acting like he was going to fight the catcher when he accidentally hit him in the head with a ball. And Frankie Lindor doing duck-and-cover in Tampa Bay when the ball didn't come down from the rafters.
Where I live we don't get many of the eastern games & being able to catch these clips is so groovy...rarely do we see this kind of sportsmanship, even between opposing team members, in any other sport but baseball, the greatest game on earth!! Thanks for all your gathering & editing time to share these incredible moments with us, job well done!!
Man, I miss Trevor in the MLB... I know he's flourishing in Japan & everything, but damn. No one in the MLB has his charisma & knowledgeable of the game. The dude was born for baseball. Hooefully we see him again soon.
I love that my Indians making baseballs of teammates were on the list. I remembered watching them earlier this year, and always seeing a new one or them talking about making one. Fun to watch a team acting like kids again. Especially the good kind of kids. Not the ones that are being immature and running willy-nilly...
iTrippy No he’s actually really friendly, and also he like pranked one of his teammate or something a month ago but I forgot what he did... it was something really funny
Cubs MLB Perfect Inning Gaming him and Kipnis live a couple doors down from each other a street over from me and they are both pranksters and they mess with each other. Another time I was hanging out at a restaurant called Town Hall here in Cleveland and six or eight of the Indians were in there and they were just a blast. They pretty much all get along very well and all that great senses of humor. Except for Bauer oh, he is funny but weird as heck
I loved watching bartolo colon when he played for the Mets. He was always so fun. I’m glad he’s still playing cause clearly he has a blast, I just miss him in ny. 😭
Awesome moments of players having fun and why not? Their hard work and devotion has paid off and they are at the highest platform of baseball, have a blast while you are there. Play amd have fun like tomorrow is not a guarantee.
First
You don’t say 🤔🤣
Drew Murdock I would want the Indians to win but I think the Astros will repeat :)
Drew Murdock
Tweet racist slurs? Yes.
You should do another comeback video
XD
The seed throwing killed me. "Yeah it started."
😂😂😂
Dude was focused!
Lol kluber is so soft spoken and serious the entire time
Yep, its started
They started chucking them at him halfway through 😂
3 seconds into the interview and they started throwing seeds at the poor man. I'm crying XD
it’s really pouring out there🤣
That mabs composure I'd mythical
@@Daddy_Lazar1067 they didn't call him "klubot" for nothing lol
😂
i dont even watch baseball but this is so pure omg
rick bates football for me
These videos make me want to get into baseball 😂😂
Potato_Chii it’s a good idea

I admit I lost it at the part where the two people watching were acting like the home base umpire.
Home plate
Same thing @@cooperwhite2131
I love the fact that it's never just a stand-off. Its always a good ol' fashioned stand-off
5:05 serious composure, after being assaulted by sunflower seeds and powder. 😂
The powder is chalk from that is used for the foul line I think
No wonder we called him Klubot. Automatic on the mound and next to no expression.
The powder is called lime, it's what they use to chalk the foul lines
The bullpen dance off is the best imo simply do to the amount of fun the guys were having. It's hard not to enjoy a group of guys just relaxed being kids again
Shadow Zaron yeah it’s good to see guys like that who can have fun

Here's the secret - guys never stop being kids, it just comes out sometimes
How did the seed throwing guy just sit there with a straight face lmao
You can tell it’s not his first time 🤣
Good ole dugout shenanigans
Kluber is without emotion
That’s the sign of a good clutch pitcher
The composure of Corey is insane... I would have lost it so fast and just started laughing or at least smiling
This is when baseball is at its best when everybody is having fun.
libertybong420 big fax 💯🔥

True, NBA and NFL players are too diva.
@@mh-do3pe not just them though. Every sport has the crazy obsessed fans that go nuts when things don't go the way they want.

The Fake interviews got me xD 13:25
same
it indeed was the best part. some fun under the sun.
Torreyes was funny as camera guy
Lol
Interview bit stolen from the Cubs.
These people bring goofing off to a level as competitive as the sport. They are truly masters of screwing around.
I find something wholesome and delightful about watching professional ball players balancing the seriousness of the the sport with the joy of companionship.
I lost it during the Kluber interview.
They don't call him Klubot for no reason!
as an aussie that doesn't watch MLB why are they throwing shit at him haha
ohhh, i thought it was the crowd hahaha, i was like fucken hell hes coppin it
i started dying of laughter when they went back to him with flour/ idk what it is on top of him xD
Frikken wins the Interwebs.
the pretend interview/press conference after homeruns is what comedy is about
NFL: Players kneel while anthem is played
MLB: Players stand on field even after anthem is over.
and neither has anything to do with the flag.
Well that’s what you’re supposed to do. Stay in place until the flag crosses the foul line.
It's not about the damn anthem tho. To them this is just a cute little game.
Fuck the anthem and fuck people who make everything about politics.
Nither are actually for the flag. Don't get it twisted. One's protest, one is a little joke.
Goofing off at work is better than protesting at work.
It’s refreshing to watch people having fun playing pro sports
@Mai Nyigguh In a few of these clips home runs were hit and there was also a rain delay. When you play 162 games a year , you need that even when the game IS exciting
11:09 the “bowling” skit had me crying.
5:00 this mans ability to not react to his surroundings is legendary
Baseball players are honestly the cutest thing ever 😭

The stand-offs need to be made a tradition for the first game of the NLCS
9:35 Man, Harrison's got those moves. That guy could do dancing work as a side job.
Who ever disliked was laughing so hard they were crying and missed the like button
Ethan Bowen I don’t see any other way so that must be it... 👍🏽
Too short
The Pirates dancing in the dugout made me respect them more.I freaking died 🤣
Honestly the ones where they were taping the guys up to the pole that's just the Major League baseball version of a timeout lmao🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Honestly the ‘home run interviews’ probably do help out when the players do actual interviews
When you do the third not so serious, make sure you put the one where Rizzo was acting like he was going to fight the catcher when he accidentally hit him in the head with a ball. And Frankie Lindor doing duck-and-cover in Tampa Bay when the ball didn't come down from the rafters.
Yes! I love those!
PLEASE
and Lindor v Miguel Cabrera pt 2 when Lindor couldnt stop laughing when Miggy hit the ball right at him
Love the fake press conference lol, I wish football had more lighthearted moments like this.
How the sunflower seed throwing just kept escalating was glorious.

They are funny. I sat first row by the dugout l, and we kept shouting their names, and they threw sunflower seeds at us.
They tasted pretty good
Greg Gibson, the home plate umpire, motioning to both players. And the Dodgers celebrating in their dugout
Man, I miss Trevor in the MLB... I know he's flourishing in Japan & everything, but damn. No one in the MLB has his charisma & knowledgeable of the game. The dude was born for baseball. Hooefully we see him again soon.
This is the kind of sports I'm into. If there was silly highlight reels like this on TV I would never miss an episode. Just pure joy
I honestly thought I’d dreamt that Pedro moment, because I could never find the footage afterward. Thrilled to see it here. Great vid. Thanks.
Baseball is such a magical sport.
9:55 peep them sick camera angles...
somebody had to comment and notice that camera failures huh. Glad you are the only one that noticed the baseball bat in the game.
9:53 camera guy gotta chill😂😂😂
5:50. Where is Home Plate umpire Greg Gibson motioning... Oh forget it
Kenneth Busler greg gibson the home plate umpire motioning at both players

The cameraman and mock press conference was GOLDEN!! That is having fun at work!! 🤣🤣
13:17 not only did they interview all the players they all hit home runs in the 6 inning wow
I love this casual reminder that even professional baseball players are still human and like to have fun, too.
5:03 For a second there I thought i was watching a slow mo
Filcayra72 Me too, that was weird
Cory Kluber is that one friend that's boring and never wants to hangout with friends

Isn’t he like addicted to drones or something? Was that why he didn’t pitch that much in 2016 postseason or am I just making up stuff?
+Cubs MLB Perfect Inning Gaming Trevor Bauer cut his finger on a drone then it split open during the game
He's that one friend in highschool who answers a call from his parents while his friends are in the background making noises just to fuck with him.
Big reason why I love this game. Gotta have fun and love what you are doing.
Legend says that Barrett is STILL heavyweight standoff champion and undefeated
10:30 Is it me or is that Catcher whipping the black dude dancing lmfao
Could also be throwing sunflower seeds at them but yeah he could be pretend whipping them
9:37
Look at Harrison.. just gettin' it man!
barrett is a cheater. he should stand where the other players stand to make it fair
That's just good strategy. Cheers.
He's playing Chess not Baseball. Keep the King as far back as possible!. lol
He went into the dugout first before the Rockies player too because he ran in to high five everyone
I agree. If you're gonna do a standoff, at least keep it fair.
Damn the Kluber Interview was hilarious. Clowns 😂😂👍
The Umps at 12:02 are killing me!
Can’t have one of these without the Cubs’s dancing bullpen after homers
1:31: with a nickname like The Klubot, the Kluber ball having red Terminator eyes is perfect
Where's Greg Gibson when you need him?
smittykins Greg Gibson, the home plate umpire, motioning to both players
And the dodgers celebrating in their dugout.
That pirates team was fun to watch
IKR?
Not so serious baseball is exactly what baseball is! 😂😍
The interview with kluber was amazing. Lol
we didn't have any kind of baseball where I grew up (little rural village), but I've always loved this aspect of baseball culture.
9:58 camera man being sus
On #3 do the one where the players were sliding in the tarp during a snow delay
Nice username
Man, those stand offs are EXCITING!!!
4:59 I laughed so hard that I fell out of my bed at the top bunk 😂😂😂😂.
Its kinda unfair that the guy is near his dugout in the standoff.
10:35 the catcher walks in and legit pretends to whip this dude wtf 😂
I love the stand offs ones, lol do they still do that if so who was the last winner?
Barrett the standoff final boss
Baseball is awesome! No race, no color, no nationality! Just kids having fun! That’s why baseball is the most beautiful sport in the world.

Dugout shenanigans were always one of my favorite things from playing baseball.

taping pedro to the pole is so funny
LMAO the team was throwing seeds and then flower at the guy!🤣
I love the standoffs so much
This makes the game SO much more entertaining!
When two people standing is the most entertaining thing that happens in baseball.
The Indians thing is so weird but okay 😂 that’s Trevor Bauer for you.
The Yankees fake press conference has me rolling
Who else started to enjoy the sport after watching EXE's videos?
I'm a brazilian guy who thought the game was boring, now I love it.
That's why I Love Baseball
standoffs are ridiculously fun
Stepping away from Rougned Odor was pretty classic
Came for curiosity, stay for the antics
I hate the Yankees with the heat of a thousand suns, but those post-homerun interviews were absolutely **BRILLIANT!**
The Corey Kluber interview did it for me 😂
My dude Kluber getting absolutely pelted by sunflower seeds lmfaoo.
That Kluber part had me rolling.
I've been so depressed...THEN I WATCHED THIS. IM ROLLIN & in tears from laughing at these nuts. Thanks guys. So much better than fights. THKS!!!!!
