I know this video is old, but I’ve never seen Vline do a freight service using 2 G class locos in Vline’s ‘Tangerine’ livery before.
Good shots. I rode the Victoria trains when I was over there ten years ago. Good system.
Great video. It's funny how long it took to paint the N classes red from tangerine. The change to Purple seems a lot quicker.
I much preferred this to the endless parade of Vlocities these days
I like it to look at, but find the v'lo's better to ride in.
Sure I would agree that the line is starting to get boring just having vlocitys with the occasional loco, but it is better to see 160kmh operation
Nice shots!
3:19 look at that, solo carriage behind a freight victoria diesel
That was actually a railfan tour. I think it might have been an RTA trip
Not sure about the Ns in grey and orange...
They should have been repainted in the maroon and blue livery 5 years earlier in 1995
.....and not a pie cart to be seen.
The X was really running!
WeldinMike27 = BRS Transfer move to WCR Ballarat East Depot, likely for repaint & refurbishment...
These were the days. Before the NR's
A container in a well wagon.
What is that, following the first six containers behind the two G's?
