    Neural sensation stays with us most of the time; be with it and find joy from it; this is the foundation of the peace and calm; if we stay neural in different situation, that's the way to practice mindfulness. I guess 宗萨 perhaps means this differently or probably a typo, because he prepared the speech beforehand, and when he read this, he also had a pause (maybe he noticed something wrong here but could not correct it due to the situation pressure). This part is misleading and deserves more explanation in the future.

      No, it is not a typo, just be aware and be mindful toward the neutral moment, that is meditation, that is joy actually.
