This band is one of the best in my book that visual kei has ever had. The first time I heard them was in an Asian music room on IMVU. I had fallen asleep because I was sad and depressed. But this scream of uggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh woke me up and I'm like wtf is this? It'd be perfect for torching the fellow American's outside. But for now its 3am. MUTE! Then found out the song and downloaded it the next day. "The drummer says all American's are pigs" My reply is "THATS OKAY UNSRAW I
awe fuck they have to have it somewhere in japan or over here in the states. People in tha states are always trying to cosplay as Jrock/visual Kei artist's. Idk why but they do lol.
Been a long while since I heard these guys. Remember finding them on a site black rose label or some such thing like that... was just a bunch of VK stuff. I don't remember the contrast between the growls and the singing tone being so intense, but damn, that is some range.
@Rhornez Yuuki's close friend passed away and he felt like he couldn't do this any longer, so yuuki the leader singer left the band and the band felt like they couldn't continue without him so they disbanded :/
I was there too!!! He grabbed my hand when he stagedived..^^ It was so amazing!! This song was live so much better!! I miss them too..:( But when i got home i found out that Rai is leaving the band after the europe tour!! Can't believe my favorite band is falling apart!!

@DMCpawn Those mainstream American bands use fry screaming which is sort of high pitched and not the same technique, yes most of them suck at it, but Unsraw doesn't do any better, his death growls are generic and not really impressive at all, but I don't blame you for not knowing any better, surely you listen mostly to j-rock. Death Metal might not be your thing, oh and just in case, I'm not insulting you.
@magma3000 That's a terrible example of moshing. Learn some rock and roll etiquette. REAL moshing is contained and planned by the audience where everyone can safely go nuts and safely shove each other around while the people keep their wits about them and help each other stay safe and not fall over. No punching or kicking is ever involved and if it is the person is removed and banned from the club, allowing the rest of the crowd to safely rock out. I work at a metal venue.
I still remember their concert like it was yesterday. It was in 2010. I'm getting old (29) and somehow still have passion towards visual kei. Not brave enough to show off this kind of style on the street though :D

Yeah, saying generic was wrong, but is that "natural" sound as you put it, that I don't like, it sounds like he struggles to do it and is hurting himself, in other words doing it wrong. but it's fine :)

To you newbs, if you're listening to jmetal like this and they're dressed in a style where you can't tell their gender; there's a 99% chance it's a dude. You usually never find a girl playing with this kind of band with this hard of music.
@HoveringAboveMyself I actually listen to a lot of music from different countries .. and lol, this isn't "death metal" as I know it, but I still like the growls. I don't think his is generic, (this is an odd way to put it but) it sounds more natural. And hell, the world is full of differing opinions anyway, so this is just more to my taste than mainstream American junk :s P.S. I'm not trying to sound snobby, I'm a rock fan, so it just sounds that way, sorry if this sounded kinda condescending.
oh shit, someone mentioned seo taiji on this unsraw video. ok. his earliest stuff with the taiji boys was pop, then he gradually changed to harder rock and then his 6th album was mid-era korn. now he's sorta emoish though still tuned to drop c, BUT check out the song F.M Business its my favorite song of his, and its a kickass rock/metal song. really cool video to it as well.
Love them not because of their looks but because of their music. Why start a conflict saying "they look like dir en grey bla bla bla" or a conversation saying "waaaa they're so kawaii, i love them", anyways it's yours. This is supposed to be a brutal band not some kawaii or such.

ahh Seo Taiji from what ive heard is a Korean legend and his talent of music is appreciated by many artists such as Korn some of the jrock artists seem to know him too, and i know that Taiji does some of his recordings at Japan
