Flower Mound Sends It! Top High School Distance Program Hammers Sprint Workout

MileSplit was in Flower Mound in January to catch up with the Flower Mound High School distance crew, which is considered one of the top prep programs in the U.S. The girls team, which won a UIL title in 2022 -- the majority of those points coming from the distance -- is headed to New Balance Nationals Indoor in March. Catch up with the squad as they train ahead of big races in 2024.
