    Hey, again another video where I learnt so much. Copied your technique for catapulting with the pole. Finally I got the bait in water and not sprayed all over the place. Thank you

    Can you do a little "How to" video on how to fire maggots with that kind of pouch cos mine normally go anywhere from under my feet to full length Ha Ha.

    Great video, thanks for sharing!... What weight float were you using for your shallow rig???

    Are you going to use the carp pole this season ?

    • @KayleighDowdFishing
      @KayleighDowdFishing  3 роки тому

      No going to use the XS90 just waiting for a 13m section to come back in stock 👍

    Great vid Kayleigh, your insight is really helpful. one question though. How do you know when the fish are up in the water and how to adapt to it? Im from an age of plumbing up and fishing on the deck and this whole fishing in layers is really confusing. 👍👍👍

    • @KayleighDowdFishing
      @KayleighDowdFishing  3 роки тому +1

      When your loose feeding regular and you start missing bites or getting a few indications on the float, it’s generally a good sign there is a few shallow 🙂

      @@KayleighDowdFishing thanks
      As a guide How much would you shallow up initially?

    • @KayleighDowdFishing
      @KayleighDowdFishing  3 роки тому +1

      Depends on how deep the lake is generally around 1ft-2ft and go from there

    Why are you using an XS Carp Pole for silvers when you have the Superium 50??

    • @KayleighDowdFishing
      @KayleighDowdFishing  3 роки тому

      I actually use an XS90 but broke my 13m section in the wind a couple of weeks ago so and just waiting for the sections to come back in stock. This is a spare 13m section 👍

    Kayleigh, fish might follow the ducks. Not a bad sign but a nuisance.

  • @iantibbetts6823
    @iantibbetts6823 3 роки тому +2

    Not a pain. You are targeting ostariophysans that have very acute hearing. Ducks = food = fish. Feed ducks early on and see what happens.
