The coverage in that powder is pretty good so yeah she probably doesn't need to wear foundation all the time..

she isn't lying about not wearing foundation...all you people freaking out obviously know nothing about makeup. mac studio fix powder plus foundation is a high coverage powder, it's basically a foundation powder. that's why her skin looks like that.
