Extremely meticulous and well planned out. I've been in this business for 30 years and this craftsmanship is quite impressive, to go along with how passionate you seem to be about your work. Well done and well explained. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you. I really appreciate that.
Awesome job. You have some great tools.
Hands down best bar right there.
Thank you
This is amazing. I could watch this stuff all day.
Thank you. I have a lot more videos like this on my other channel. ua-cam.com/users/FullSteamDesigns
Thank you for all the details I have some reclaimed wood from the late 1800's that I am using my inside of my tiny home
I’m sure that will add a lot of character to it.
Looks great! Now, let's fix that swing!
Thanks! I finally just fixed it haha. Working on editing the video now. I built a metal frame and used sapiele for the slats. I’m going to put that and all future furniture builds on my other channel though. It’s called Full Steam Designs
This is easy with countries that have cheap/salvage materials for rustic designs and of corz the availability of tools for outdoor/garden/rustic/farm/junk designed bars!!!
And also expertise from people like you who are really and obviously craftsman and experts!!!
I love your designs sir!!
Looking forward to try making this!!
You are a great craftsman!!
Elite!!
Thank you. Where are you from?
Wow…. I’m jelly…lol. Don’t know if I’m jealous of your talent, your shop, or the people who are close enough to employ your skills….maybe all three!
Thanks for the inspiration….since I’m too far to see it in person! 😊👍
Thanks I really appreciate it.
Nice! Thank you.
Your skills deserves a thump's up. Beautiful pieces of art I would say.
Impressed by your skills. Nice job.

Beautiful bar!! Inspired me to build one - to a smaller scale of course 😅
Excellent.....I want one just like it... 😊
Hey brotha that is a lovely trick with the poly & stain
Check out the free drawings for this bar here: fullsteamdesigns.com/maker-resources/
Stunning... absolutely stunning. Kudos
Awesome thought I wouldn't have rusty tin on mine, I would want wood panels with Glasgow rangers stencils on it 🇬🇧
It’s a big thing over here. Rustic farmhouse 🤷♂️
@@ChrisPowellFSD yeah I can understand that brother, not knocking your work, it is beyond excellent, just a personal preference of mine, greetings from Northern Ireland by the way 🇬🇧🤘🤘
@@nonrevnosnibormetalbeerrev6251 no problem. I understand. Thanks man!
Good video, love the bar. The sound track reminded me of an old cassette tape deck I have that was slow then fast then slow…..lol
Came out great!
Really well done!

Thank you!
This is the most beautiful thing! I’m looking for one for my fiancé for his bday at our new house. No way I would be able to build that, I can barely build Lego 🙈
Thank you 🙏 Start with a couple small projects and soon enough you’ll be building stuff like this. It’s farmhouse. Doesn’t have to be perfect.

That is nice

Looks absolutely awesome, you've got a new subscriber
Thanks!
What stain and poly did you use for the top? Is it matte finish?
How much for one of those go for man thanks happy holidays
Great job! I am going to build a similar type of bar for a customer. Do you have any sort of plans available for this build? Mostly I am interested in the various measurements for the carcass.
Sorry I don’t have plans. Thanks.
Amazing, how much would something like that cost 💲, I’m looking to get one like that
Awesome build!!! Next time I am in Charleston I will certainly check it out in person :)
Thanks! I can’t wait to see the whole place set up.
I’m looking to door some barn doors with that same metal. What are the depths on the rabbits that you did to put the ply behind the metal?
Beautiful piece! I admire your perfection and attention to detail!
Thank you!
Beautiful! I want this in my bar. I hope I can find someone to build it for me.
nice job
Thank you
Do you happen to have a supplies list for this build?
What type of wood did you use for the top? Is it a few 2x4s or 2x6 put together?
It’s a solid piece of oak
Did you use pre finished ply?
Great video! Where’d you get the Bosch dust bag for the planer?
Thanks. Here’s a link. amzn.to/3lllRCv
Beautiful. I love your work. Do you have/sell plans for this project?
Awesome build and great video! Your shop is looking good!
Thanks. It’s got a long way to go, but it’s looking better.
Show de bola. Amei o projeto.
Thabks
very nice! Building the same look in my poolhouse. Can you please provide details on how you made the doors? Looks like the door frames are 3/4 thick and I see the plywood backer behind the corrugated metal. How thick is the plywood backer and any other details would be much appreciated!
The plywood backer is just 1/4”. You might have to flatten the metal a little to get it to fit in the frame. You can just walk on it to flatten it out a bit. The door frames are about 1” thick
Badass
Thank you
Awesome job! What stain did you use on the bar top?
Thanks. It’s a Minwax gel stain.
Awesome, I'm planning on doing a similar design for my outdoor kitchen area soon! Thanks for the info!
Can’t wait to see it!
Great job on this bar, I'll be building one for sure. What type and size of wood did you use for the top?
Thank you. It was oak. Each piece was just over 10 feet long to cover the whole top.
Do you recommend this for outdoor?
Looks amazing! Do you have the link for the blueprint for ideas on the dimensions?
Thank you. I completely forgot to put them on my site. I’ll make sure I do that today.
I have the drawings up now for this. fullsteamdesigns.com/maker-resources/
Thanks for the video Chris, I'm going to be building something similar for the back deck. What is the name/brand of those corner clamps you used? I like how you can just sit the sheets in the slots
They’re from Woodpecker
Cherry brother🍒
Beautiful work!! Gives me inspiration to build one.
Go do it!
What height do you make the bar? and how wide do you usually make the bar top? It was a neat build.
I have an old barn and metal roofing off it. I was planning on doing this type of bar in my basement with some barn wood and metal roof. Is there a market for the remaining wood and metal? If so, how would I go about selling it
Sure, people love reclaimed stuff. Try Facebook marketplace.
Do you have dimensions posted anywhere for this?
How much will you charge for something like this?
Awesome if only lol
Thanks
🔥🔥🔥
Hey where do you get the periodic acid ??? :)
It’s muriatic acid. Any hardware store should have it. It’s usually in the paint section. It’s used for etching concrete.
What is the color of the Poly?
What would you charge to built this at 8ft long and only one finished side as it will be up against a wall
There’s a lot of factors that go into it. Material costs, what you value your time at, etc.
If only I had the tools!
You’d be surprised how much you can do with a basic power tool starter kit. There should be some good sales coming up soon for the holidays.
What router/table saw do you have?
A Sawstop table saw and a triton router.
What color is the stain
cool shit man!
Thank you!
That’s tuff
How much did you charge for this?
what was the width on you hard wood bar top?
The top was 18” and the bottom was just over 10”
@@ChrisPowellFSD thanks
That’s the dimensions? Looking to replicate it
What size is the black bar pipe?
1.25”
