The ending is connected to Outlast 2 where Sinyala facility is located in Arizona which you can find an evidence throughout the trials. The sound you heard while you're walking in the water towards the light is the same thing you will encounter throughout the Outlast 2 as you find Lynn Langermann. Also, there a glimpse of sinyala facility in outlast 2.
Most normal enemies won't hear you walking, but the blind brute has better hearing and can hear you walk upright, so ALWAYS crouch around him OR run but change directions so he doesnt get you with his large lunges.
insym the blind rig is like the most op rig in the game you put a blinding smoke mine and it explodes and the enemies are blind for atleast 10-20 seconds allowing you to do objectives even when the enemy is literally on you
This was amazing to watch you play, and like a true pro! I first found your channel when I was frantically searching for people who had played the Closed Beta, eager to see what people were already uncovering in this game and I enjoyed you so much, I decided to stay! I love your videos. You play a lot of great games I'm already interested in and some indie titles I may not have discovered on my own. The long-form vids are great to throw on to fill the void of silence and are very entertaining. Thank you, Insym! And congrats on slaying the Outlast Trials!
4:13:21 I just watched your playthrough of Outlast 2 before this and I remember the Temple Gate "gospel" Papa Knoth wrote had multiple references to the "spider-eyed lamb" who would be the antichrist and bring destruction to the world and we know Murkoff was experimenting on the cult with the radio tower, there. I wonder what the devs are planning with this little plot thread they're dangling in front of us. It's too specific a reference to not mean something. Either way, they seem to have succeeded in making you their new Winter Soldier, here, to RIP freedom lol.
Would be cool if there was more than 2 prime asset boss guys. Would also be cool to see enemy style variation rather than easily being able to identify the enemy through its cookie cutter model - blind guys could switch out blindfolds for gouged out eyes/caved-in faces etc.
@Rhyss Deacon right? It's so frustrating that so many times he would've gotten away super easily if he just had some patience and crouched around enemies. Especially escaping from them, just run into the dark then crouch and you immediately lose them. But he keeps walking and sprinting and attracting the whole damn army to him.
@@ThatDudeCalledInsym was heard by one non blind enemy for the majority of the last video and this video... This was because he walks non-crouched alot. He runs unnecessarily alot aswell. All he needed to do to get away from that enemy was run to a dark room, crouch when the enemy isn't too close and try to move away. Hell he's ran past many hiding spots which could have easily ended the chases. I've experienced a lot of non-blind enemies hearing me walk. So I know that what you experienced, was most likely the AI not working as intended. The AI is not perfect
im not surprised the outlast trials did as good as it did. all 3 games they've made so far have been bangers and have been talked about for over a decade. i think why trials lines up so well with outlast's other games is because they've done more lore for the games than people realize. most horror games have the lore in the games only and only through the eyes of the protaganist. outlast has released comics, books, and other forms of lore from the perspective of workers of murkov, making it feel more realistic and not in a vacuum. dope game fr they nailed it
Loved watching this, usually for long videos I dont watch the full thing but this was very entertaining to sit and watch the whole way through. I just managed to beat program x a few hours ago, very fun with a full team of 4 😅. I subbed 👍
From playing and testing myself, I'm pretty sure the only things that count towards your grade are collecting the required amount of posters and having minimal of the summary stats that appear in red (damage taken, traps triggered etc) the rest are all flavour text i believe. No red negative assessments but not having the posters gives an A so the posters are required for A+
For anyone looking to play outlast trials, in my experience playing this game, it is so much easier when you enable the hud options. its slightly less immersive, but this is a high difficulty game so I think its worth it for most people.
I don't know why, but there's a light and noise indicator turned off by default in your settings. The noise indicator lets you know how much noise you're making and turns red if an enemy was able to hear the sound you made. I understand experienced players not using it but it really helps players understand what makes noise, how much, and the range at which things can be heard by enemy
The ending showed you in Havana, Cuba, likely at the start of Castro's communist revolution in the 1950s, or the Bay of Pigs invasion, to take part in the coming battles for control of the country. The kind of situation where real spycraft and secret conspiracies exist outside of movies. It happens today too. The stars at the entrance to CIA headquarters, each one a buried secret. Many did worse than what's shown in Outlast. For more, check out "Allen Lawrence Pope" as an example
u should have a look at the lady in cafeteria that sells amps, every 2 levels starting at 12 u get an amp, on lvl 16 i believe u get one that makes bottles more loud so that they can be heard from a further distance, its great for distraction
should I buy the game now? I saw that it is early access but I don't know what it means.. is the game full with all the missions and all the enemies or are they going to be added
What does 'lamb' 'eye' and 'spider' refer to anyway? Like, for lamb, i think that's us the playable character. But the other two elements are just confusing.
it’s mentioned in some evidence that dr easterman said to use key “symbals” and key words for brainwashing he said it means luck hope or some shit like that

10 20 sec fr? Damm
plus, one of the upgrades for it gives you an adrenaline boost
They just nerfed the set time but it’s still very good
I think that just like in the last games, walking is not silent. Only crouch-walking is. Prolly why the big guy hears you.

Almost 5 hours!
Time to get food and drinks ready for this one!
Thank you so much for the long videos!

The reason why the blind dude finds u is because ur standing. You have to crouch around him. He has like super hearing
"I can smell you." 😂
It’s like half the reason that enemies keep spotting you even in the dark your foot steps make noise only crouching makes you completely silent

Walking makes sounds!!! That's why enemies walk towards you even in the dark because you're still making sounds when you walk! You have to crouch!
also also you gotta stop walking uncrouched when an enemy is close to you 😭
Enemies don't hear you walking. Only the blind one does. I have tons of clips of me walking in front of people and not having them be detected.

16:30 Thank you it felt like playing payday2 where the cops just keep on coming and you keep on killing

u should have a look at the lady in cafeteria that sells amps, every 2 levels starting at 12 u get an amp, on lvl 16 i believe u get one that makes bottles more loud so that they can be heard from a further distance, its great for distraction
I remember i found your channel through games grump's subscriptions and i absolutely love your channel now!
I just need to cancel Netflix and Hulu because your giving us soooooo much content ❤❤❤
I love insym his vids are entertaining and funny
If you open trapped doors fast while crouched, they trap will swing over you head and miss btw, Insym.
u deserve so much views bro!
I think you can crouch when you know there's a trap on a door and not get hit
You make way too much noise all the time, sprint until you lose LOS and then crouch walk in the dark.
Oh man. I was literally holding my breath at some points.
That intro was perfectly scripted to when you said "let's go" omg that was awesome 😂
You didn’t look at the mirror in the end🥹
You can use heal skill to stun enemy
the blind guy can hear you when you are uncrouched...
should I buy the game now? I saw that it is early access but I don't know what it means.. is the game full with all the missions and all the enemies or are they going to be added
Bro why do you look like the Marquis from John Wick 4
