I would recommend explaining the skills a hero has first in the video so people who dont know them yet can follow better and it just makes a better guide/video in general keep up the good work
I've also been researching playing support recently. Your build is good, but I also found a build that is also very powerful: (Credit: Boba Meow ML) Demon Shoes, Flask of the Oasis, Thunder Belt, Necklace of Durance, Brute Force Breastplate and Holy Crystal. Emblems: Support Emblem, Inspire, Wilderness Blessing, Impure Rage. The new Demon Shoes help Supports a lot because they only need to assist in killing the minion to mana regen. (Basically, Life Drain Talent + Demon Shoes but without hp regen) Thanks to Support Emblem + Inspire Talent, you can get 15% CDR. Enchanted Talisman can still be used, but since it can max CDR so easily, it seems a bit redundant. (Also Demon Shoes can mana regen) Thunder Belt for mana regen and more cdr, also the slow effect. Blood Wings is too expensive so Holy Crystal. Impure Rage for mana regen since she can run out of mana easily.

If you use my build shes insane balanced heal,slow effect,and movement speed Support emblem:swift,pull it together,impure rage Warrior boots Ice queen wand Flash of the oasis Oracle Enchanted talisman Winter truncheon(mostly here for survivability) highly suggest switching it out for necklance of durance if your teammates don’t have anti lifesteal
I find myself always wanting to fit Ice Queen Wand in her build. It's really hard to go against a hasted enemy team when your team is constantly super-slowed 😂 U can purchase Glowing Wand if you're ahead to be extra cruel so the slow effect lasts even longer. Usually my go-to build is CDR boots, Enchanted Talisman, Flask of Oasis, Ice Queen Wand. My 5th item being situational, I go Glowing Wand if my team already have Necklace of Duran or Dominance Ice. Last item being a defensive item since burst dmg is a problem for Rafaela in the late game.
