Vielen Dank :-))) Ja...malen sieht locker flockig easy aus, aber ist über Stunden hingweg, einfach echt anstrengend...hab da öfter Verspannungen im Nacken, den Schultern...aber egal, es macht Spaß, das ist die Hauptsache :-)))

Dann muss ich eine Judorollen nach links machen, dann auf allen vieren, dann langsam hoch und dann nach paar Minuten bin ich dann auch wieder gerade 🤣 Malen macht irrsinnig viel Spaß und süchtig. Wie findest du eigentlich abstrakte Malerei? Ganz ehrlich😀

Das würd ich nicht lang aushalten...ich mags auch nicht im stehen zu malen muss ich gestehen...faul im sitzen ist das Beste, man kann die Staffelei ja auch bei größeren Bildern sehr gut anpassen :-))) Abstrakt ist nicht so mein Ding...ich steh auf realistisch...hätte ich die Geduld würde ich in den Hyperrealismus gehen, aber ich kann keine 8 Wochen jeden Tag 8 Stunden nur an einem Bild malen...da würd ich durchdrehen ;-)))

Hi Ann Marie, I mostly use flats (mostly oblique very soft ones), in all variations and sizes, going from 1 to 24. And some rounds 1 to 000/4 for the really small details. For the blending I use up to 2 inch flats, also very soft ones. As I buy the brushes here in Germany and the shipping and custom fees will be very expensive I think you would not buy them here. If you are truly interested in getting them I can send you a link, no problem!

I am especially interested in the small, soft, detail brushes, as I have not been pleased with what I have found/used to-date. Just search for some small round brushes on amazon size 1/0 to 4/0 and you should be fine. I was most interested in the sizes and the softness of the brushes, whether they are natural, synthetic, or a mixture of both…… I know that it is said that there is no magic brush, and I agree. But, I see how soft the brushes appear and how well your paint flows. Much of this has to do with your mastery of paint application and skill as a painter. But, I would like to try to find a softer, smaller brush to try some of your demonstrated techniques. Thanks, again!
