Even if I prefer a more classically feminine voice for Amelia, I still think Alex Penda is one of the most interesting artists in opera. That from the beginning light but dark soprano who could sing The Queen of the night now sing dramatic soprano roles and even some mezzo roles. Her voice development and artistry is amazing!
