This will help make Magnisol more effective, since cooking oil will always get to a point where the oil is ruined. If you keep it clean and use Magnisol, the results are very noticable. I got to the point where I'm defensive about this stuff, because EVEN IF your oil lasts the same number of days, the quality before it goes bad is very noticable for taste and appearance. I feel it helps customers enjoy your food more. People buy food at places, based on taste and price. However, this is my personal opinion. I watched this video to find out how it works and my assumption was right, it acts sort of like activated carbon acts for air and water, except this is for oil.
