Caned up i loved the moves we did getting t rob db coach south carolina tyrique stevenson cb coming home from georgia wr charleston rambo oklahoma our 2021 recruiting class which is ranked no.10 by 247sports hopefully they will make a impact like leonard taylor james williams i think we have added more talent then we have past years which he have added so i think we are better but i think we can get more better worried about our lb s and coach blake baker so we gotta recruit or transfer portal getting guys
I think u forgot about Ahmmon Richards back in 2016. He had a 1000 yards receiving as a freshman, and WR Coach Ron Dugans work miracles with our receiving core while he was here. I agree with everything u said, but let's give Pope and Wiggins an opportunity to redeem themselves from lackluster performances from this past season before we just write them off.
@@andyraphael Lol well, spring ball is open competition anyways. It's sink or swim for Pope and Wiggins. The potential is there because we've seen them make big time plays in the past. They need to be more consistent. Let's say an off season with Santana Moss or Andre Johnson. An off season with Ed Reed helped Brandon Harris become a play maker for us his last season at the U, and we really could use more of that from our former players.

Don't forget bubba had moments of brilliance. He just has to make sure not to lose it and cause us as many penalties as he did. But he was definitely playing angry and aggressive and hungry and he helped with many tackles and causing turnovers or getting turnovers. I like him a lot

Rumor mill says if N'kosi Perry transfers Rhett Lashlee will resign as OC. Makes sense to keep N'kosi because he meets the criteria for Lashlee's offense. Even if King is somehow ready to go for Bama, Perry is the better QB
Really n truly in my opinion GB3 is the best in the box tackler...played his best play in the box. I don't bash players but McCloud and Jennings over ran plays and looked confused on zone read runs..if you go back n watch Frierson in the box, he made most of the plays. I know its far fetch but he should be playing ILB or in the box more n K. Smith at striker n Carter as well a LB. We have alot of players playing out of positions in my opinion..Go Canes🙌🏽
I think we’ll be alright IF the d line and secondary makes improvements I think if the d line can be disruptive and the secondary can hold up and play aggressive we’ll be okay...I think the d line improving will solidify and cover up our weaknesses at linebacker man
Now that we have a nice CB TSTEVENSON#2 DVD and TROB have some nice talent at DB. James and AVANTAE Williams with Bolden and GHall. Most talent we have had in a while. I’m glad all the players we have coming back. Work hard in the off season get stronger and faster... ready to represent ACC coastal in championship. D’Eriq work hard in rehab bro
We improved all positions we needed to on paper and added great talent but let’s be honest Miami has always had the talent to win all the games we play (excluding Clemson, Alabama, Ohio state) the problem is getting the talent to execute and play hard. So we will see, it should be a much improved season, but we still need a year possible two to be a playoff contender. With all that said my view for the season should at least be win the damn coastal and have a shot at taking Clemson out in the ACC championship, if that doesn’t happen I personally will be very disappointed at how this team and coaching staff perform.
Man Diaz better go grab Jeremy Pruitt and make him his D-Coordinator. Demote Blake Baker to a position coach and let Pruitt be the D-Coord. Pruitt defensive mind frame would be a great addition to the Hurricanes Coaching Staff. With the high caliber players Miami has Pruitt can come in and give any team pure hell. This is something Diaz needs to think about, the hell with what Pruitt, did a few coaches got caught with their pants down. The man is talented with great defensive schemes I can guarantee you won't no team will run for 500 + yards on his defense.
Honestly this is the first year in a long time that we have had juniors make a good decision to come back and not leave early... this is going to allow us to build our depth, that’s one positive that I think is being overlooked. Everything is on the up and up except lbers, D-Coor.. offense, recruiting, culture, talent level is all getting better. Optimistic about next year. If king can stay healthy we should only lose to Bama and most likely drop a conference game that we shouldn’t in Miami fashion.

Whether we are better or not is a question that we won't be able to answer until at least December. Manny just bet on himself for 2021 and while people will say that's a gutsy and good thing, history tells us that usually that's a bet coaches lose. We should know. It's already happened here.

That's because perry has a better deep ball than King. With perry at qb lashlee was able to call more passing plays down the field which opened up the run game too

Generally speaking you're correct but plenty of elite coaches have vastly improved & even won national titles by their 2nd seasons so it's not crazy for the UM fan base to be losing patience in Manny. Any step back for this program from last year should result in this AD & coaching staffs dismissal.

That aspect has been a huge issue with this program for the last 10 plus years. Our guys pass no type of eye tests at any position.

Yes it seems like Blake is keeping his title but more in charge of the LB UNIT and manny will be calling the defense! And THANK YOU 🙏

Manny’s D in 2017 was not that good. Gave up a lot of points. His D doesn’t win without a 2 or 3 plus in turnover advantage.
