I speak some German, but very little French. Germany is actually not all that different from my own country. Very well organized and all that jazz. France seems somehow more interesting and alive, though. More fun. As a Swede it's like chosing between my own country, and Denmark or Norway. This is really hard. But since I find both Germany and Sweden somewhat boring tbh, I'd go for France for feeling a bit more alive as I would also feel living in Denmark or Norway.
In France, you have very different places and people. Paris is a busy city, Parisians have a bad reputation in France. There is Brittany and Normandy, the 2 central-northern vacation destinations. Brittany is famous for inventing Caramels and Crêpes, and Normandy for its Camembert. There's the Alsace, that's famous for their Croissant alsacien, Flammenküche, etc. There is the South, where people have a (funny) accent, and it's hot. A bit under the center, there is the Massif central, and other beautiful green regions whit mountains, sheeps, etc.. I missed some parts of France, but there you go

As a Portuguese I wouldn't say we are richer, we just know how to spend money (at least better than brazilians) because if you see how our economy looks you would say we are one of the poorest countries of Europe since we have a lot of debts, and we naturally can't make much money, the best way of revenue to our country is tourism, yeah... But we have lots of other good things like here isn't hell hot nor so many deseases (sorry if it's controversial) nor bugs, the temperature is actually good, specially in the cost, well basically where everyone lives (this means that near the Spanish border is just nature or villages and no we don't hate Spain that bad it's just because we love the ocean so much that we live near the coast) and if you want a hotter climate but not hell hot you have the south of Portugal which is personally to hot for me, normally it's 30°C in the summer and it can go to 35°C+ and I am used to be 25°C or 30°C maximum And we likely have something you'll like really close by, we are so small but yet different (by this I mean geography like the coast is either a rocky mess or plain coast, this means city because like I said we like the ocean so the biggest cities are close to water like Lisbon and Porto, and the interior you have mountains, nature and small towns and villages, overall more relaxing, what is funnier is that people from the interior go to the coast and people from the coast go to the interior in the summer)
Hey, Brazil is not that bad 😂! Our people are very friendly and welcoming! Although São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro are not so safe cities, there are many others that are very safe and beautiful! We have a very diverse culture and I would like you to meet them one day! Here, we also have many beautiful places, beautiful landscapes and other things! I speak some German, but very little French. Germany is actually not all that different from my own country. Very well organized and all that jazz. France seems somehow more interesting and alive, though. More fun. As a Swede it's like chosing between my own country, and Denmark or Norway. This is really hard.
But since I find both Germany and Sweden somewhat boring tbh, I'd go for France for feeling a bit more alive as I would also feel living in Denmark or Norway.
In France, you have very different places and people. Paris is a busy city, Parisians have a bad reputation in France. There is Brittany and Normandy, the 2 central-northern vacation destinations. Brittany is famous for inventing Caramels and Crêpes, and Normandy for its Camembert. There's the Alsace, that's famous for their Croissant alsacien, Flammenküche, etc. There is the South, where people have a (funny) accent, and it's hot. A bit under the center, there is the Massif central, and other beautiful green regions whit mountains, sheeps, etc.. I missed some parts of France, but there you go

I live in Australia and really the spiders aren’t that bad. But I must say, Sweden has a lot less

I’m Australian, and spiders r very rare to me every episode everyone over exaggerates about the spiders in Australia when there r not a problem to me
As a Portuguese I wouldn't say we are richer, we just know how to spend money (at least better than brazilians) because if you see how our economy looks you would say we are one of the poorest countries of Europe since we have a lot of debts, and we naturally can't make much money, the best way of revenue to our country is tourism, yeah...
But we have lots of other good things like here isn't hell hot nor so many deseases (sorry if it's controversial) nor bugs, the temperature is actually good, specially in the cost, well basically where everyone lives (this means that near the Spanish border is just nature or villages and no we don't hate Spain that bad it's just because we love the ocean so much that we live near the coast) and if you want a hotter climate but not hell hot you have the south of Portugal which is personally to hot for me, normally it's 30°C in the summer and it can go to 35°C+ and I am used to be 25°C or 30°C maximum
And we likely have something you'll like really close by, we are so small but yet different (by this I mean geography like the coast is either a rocky mess or plain coast, this means city because like I said we like the ocean so the biggest cities are close to water like Lisbon and Porto, and the interior you have mountains, nature and small towns and villages, overall more relaxing, what is funnier is that people from the interior go to the coast and people from the coast go to the interior in the summer)

Although São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro are not so safe cities, there are many others that are very safe and beautiful!
We have a very diverse culture and I would like you to meet them one day!
