- A hemisphere of 40 mm diameter is supported co-axially on the vertex of a cone of base diameter 60 mm and axis length 50 mm. The flat circular face of the hemisphere is facing upside. Draw the isometric projections of the combination of solids.
One of the best explanation ever❤
Glad you found it helpful!
Thank you
You're welcome
very helpful sir thank you!!!
Most welcome!
Thank u sir helped me a lot
Most welcome
sir hoe did you get that appex point their?? you joined tangent to appex but hieght is given as 50mm and below you joined so how we come to know where that appex point?
Simply first identify the center of the base and draw a vertical line for a given length (which would be the apex point)
Sir, generally when we dont scale down the hemisphere or spheres right sir?
Because we generally scale down the cone and keep and hemisphere as it is?
Yes correct, but using the 4 arc method generally we reduce it.
Only the spherical portion will remain unscaled
@@VijethaVardhanRN ok sir. Thank you very much sir
@@VijethaVardhanRN so hemisphere portions will be reduced with the rest of the projections sir?
Sir atlast when you convert whole into isometric then radius of hemisphere also converted into isoradius ???
In the four arc method, obviously the diameter will be reduced, but this is the easiest way to construct the hemisphere
@@VijethaVardhanRN Thank you sir
Tq u so much sir.. because we have final exams I m seeing only your videos ..very helpful ❤
All the best
Sir
