So (and I'll be honest, I haven't watched the video yet, so I don't know if you noticed that Jin was down) Jin's personal dog, Jjangu, was a male, white Maltese. He lived with Jin's family while he was busy with work. He unfortunately passed on September 28, 2017 and had lived with them for 12 years. Jin was a little out of it, as Jjangu passed shortly before this shoot, and since they had already planned it weeks ahead, they decided to go on with the shoot.
A lot of people think that Adam could probably tell that Jin wasn't up for playing, so that's why he acted better when Jin was sitting down. (Especially since he's a well trained dog, it was unusual for him to behave in that sort of manner).

Notice how the very first dog, out of all seven members first gravitated towards Jimin?! Haha!! The 'Jimin Effect" doesn't just apply to all humans, but even animals including strays, that not only gravitate to Jimin but follow him around when he's running! Even the stray cat followed Jimin when walking away!! JIMIN also has such a love of all animals, that when asked if he could have any super power, of all things, Jimin chose the ability to communicate and understand animals!! I guess animal know, pick up, & have a sense, which causes them to continually gravitate towards, who has such a way with them!!
Adam is defiant...just like his partner, Jin. They are the perfect match!🤣💜💜💜
Jimin is an animal whisperer. In his Serendipity MV that calico cat he's holding is very temperamental but Jimin managed to charm the cat and act so behaved towards him. There's a Bangtan Bomb of Jimin playing with a random stray cat who gravitated towards Jimin and started acting like a puppy, lol. A lot of videos where Jimin plays with animals. He loves them a lot and they get charmed by him as well.
Even babies are attracted to Jimin's voice and face. Jimin even has fans who are 80+ years old. BTS concerts aren't complete if there are no Jimin fanboys attending. So him getting animals as fans too isn't surprising, lmao.

Also, V didn't get Yeontan till 2018, so at this point he didn't have a personal pet.
I imagine This would probably have actually pushed him more into deciding to getting a pet puppy
his family had other dogs Soonshim, Ssyongssyong also a cat,,, but tannie is his own
I just feel sad for Jin in this ep,he must be so sad already because his pets passed away 😔😔
But in the end he enjoyed the company of adam i think its fine :)
this was one of my favorite episodes gg, they made me remember my pets, as I actually have 7 dogs 😂😂.

I think there was a big handicap with Adam being only to to understand English commands. Even the way jin would pronounce his name in the usual Korean way adam-ah would probably confusing to a dog where the time and intonations is very important in reading commands. But you can see that jin still loved Adam so much none the less

you should get a dog, dog can bring to you lot of fun.i love dogs and dogs love me, i mean we have cats too but they doing feel the same as dogs. right now i have one in my lap and another in the floor, they are allways near
