I am glad to hear that, this was one of the most amazing "shops" I have ever seen, but of course, it's designed from the perfection of German engineering they are famous for.
@@taiwoolaleye6333 Instead of complaining on a UA-cam video about cars you, yourself click on with the title "WORLD'S MOST EXPENSIVE". So you obviously wanted to something that is worth a lot of money. Go donate money to a charity.
I am just curious if his son is into the same shit. Usually the collector dies and their kids get rid of all the collections. I wonder what they will do with the facility.
I would have never guessed that a place like this ever existed if it wasn’t for James capturing these places. Highly appreciated man. Thank you for sharing once again.
This is one of my favourite videos on this channel. The engineering that went behind building this place is just incredible. I'm honestly amazed thank you for the tour!
Great comment. I echo your sentiment. The facility is mind blowing, and new I'm truly excited to see more of the SSR Porsche race cars. The nitrogen atmosphere car storage is just next level to think about.
I can't believe this place. You were blown away. Just think what the general public saw of this place and got their hair blown back. One of the most interesting videos that i've seen from you and it wasn't on the track. Truly jealous of all your success. And you earned it. UA-cam aint easy.

Proud to say my mom was the architect of this monument to the automotive industry 💪 She would have loved to share her journey of building the "world's most extreme garage" with you @MrJWW 😍 Cheers from Munich!
The regulation here in the US probly would not allow a storage facility with a 100 percent N2 atmosphere. Until retiring I was a cryogenic engineer responsible for N2 and O2 production government regulation is nuts . The infrastructure of this building is incredibly robust. These systems are some of the best I’ve ever seen.
This is absolutely nuts. Timo seemed genuinely appreciative that you were more interested in the building, infrastructure, technology, more than the vehicles themselves. I can’t even imagine the total cost to build this place. I didn’t want this video to end
Not sure how I got here via my UA-cam journeys……but this is amazing and breathtaking. This is what I’d hope to be intelligent enough to do for work if I wasn’t doing what I am now. Great video…..and Munich is a beautiful city.
I do industrial HVAC with centrifugal chillers and I’ve seen a lot of amazing stuff. I can tell you now the setup and install of the system for the dyno and HVAC is top notch and world class. I love cars but being an HVAC guy I love it as much if not more. That was a treat to see. That’s an amazing company. That has to be a one of a kind facility. 😊
i would assume so. oxygen reacts with iron in the metal with moisture to form rust. no oxygen = no rust i would think. absolute insanity@@philtucker1224
well of course, rust is oxidation which means it needs oxygen and water. If there is no oxygen or a low content (idk if their room is a mix or pure nitrogen) and they regulate the humidity of the air, there will be no rust @@philtucker1224
@@philtucker1224 rust comes from oxidation. No oxygen from air or moisture = no rust. There probably is still a small amount, but I imagine it is greatly reduced compared to even a normal controlled environment.
Hats off to James for another brilliant interview. You can see he’s like a kid in a candy store but never one to get distracted. Thinking about what I just seen on video makes me really jealous. James the two of you and what you both have put on camera for us all WOW. Mind blowing really.
This building is astonishing! As you both said that the philosophy of building the cars is often lost so to be able to see the behind the scenes is mind blowing. Timo’s knowledge and enthusiasm makes it an enjoyable & easy watch. Thanks for showing this!
This facility is unbelievable. Having built similar facilities in the private sector, the amount of engineering that goes into getting all the equipment properly commissioned and calibrated is immense. This has to be a €100M+ facility - if not more - and easily €5-10M/year to operate. Amazing!!
Incredible facility. It just shows what can be achieved with passion, technical expertise, hard work, contacts and (probably) a little bit of luck. Most interesting YT video on cars I’ve yet seen. Look forward to return visit 🙏
totally unreal, There’s not a place in the world that could top this place in quality of infrastructure!!! Maybe a F1 Teams headquarters, only because they have CNC machines etc. But holy moly this place is perfection!! Thank you for the tour!! is there a button for 1,000,000,000 👍s
