It’s a quest called Vessel of Mediocrity. You need to talk to some people after solving the boxes earlier in video before getting part 2.

This girl got three part quest, first she appoears as a child then like this and finally as silvermane guard at cocolia weekly boss area, turns out she had the same authority as cocolia in the past
