Call Center Ninja about what is the agent are typing during call. Aside from name,phone number etc. Because ive watched video samples and it seems that they are typing all of what the customer are saying.
summer summerr It's up to them, maybe it's their strategy. I type keywords and keypoints but not everything the customer says. It's hard to keep up. :)

I just found this video. I'm having a mock call this coming Thursday. I'm nervous but I'm practicing in order to feel a little bit of confidence when taking the mock call. Hopefully, I will have some assistance from a supporter on the floor in case I got stuck into something I cannot handle. (that's going to happen for sure) haha
For me its better if the mock call is done over the phone,than talking face to face cos sometimes the interviewer intimidate you that makes you feel nervous 😂😂

I'm having an interview with Genpact this coming Monday and I really scared of what will gonna happen on that day, but watching this makes me feel I can do it. I'm sad to say that I failed the mock call and I messed up my Interview. I thought BPO is not a perfect job for me since I'm still lacking when it comes to speaking in english until now, but I was wrong. I wanted to Improve and to enhance my skills so I decided not to give up on applying for the position that I want. Hi Miss Rea! We're on the third day of our training and just this morning we had a role play wherein one plays the role of an agent and the other one plays the role of a customer. It's a face to face role play. Since I'm just a newbie and my partner has already an experience, I got nervous while reading the script and I got mental blocked.. Coz my partner suddenly changed our conversation.. Huhuhu, I felt so embarrassed when I don't have anything more to say in front of the class...
Big help we'll be doing role play later and I'm so nervous right now :((( I know there's a flow but whenever I'm in a mock call or navigating I really forgot everything what to say or what to do naaaa this isn't easy :(((

During my mock call, i have no notes to review, but there's a script on projector, what i did, is i only remember the call flow, so i did not really read the script, i just get the info and the thought of the script, and i always fucos on the call flow
This is my third time watching this and bigla akong naiyak hahaha. I always pass the interviews but for some reason pag training hindi ako makafocus (I was surprised that there are recitation and reports after lectures, slow learner pa naman ako 😥 pang one-on-one lang ako pero pag madami ng tao, nganga lol) and then lagi ako naggigive up a day after the mock calls kasi napapahiya ako lagi. Malaking sayang palagi. It was me getting afraid of being laughed at rather than pursuing because I need money for my family. But thanks for your videos Ms. Rhea naboboost na paunti-unti iyong confidence ko.
Hi Ria! :) Thanks for sharing your story. I'm glad to know na I can help boost your confidence kahit konti. If you'll ask me, I would think of the reasons kung bakit di ako nakaka focus sa training. Bakit? Tapos I will find a solution to whatever's bothering me. Sometimes talaga we lose our focus especially if we have lots of things to think about. Normal lang yun. And please don't give up. Everybody starts from zero experience sa mock call and don't mind nalang if your batchmates will laugh at you. Mapapagod din sila. Laugh at yourself nalang din in a way na di ka stressed. Bring out the humor sa experience mo. Unahan mo na ang pagtawa para you dont have to worry after. Everybody makes mistakes. I share to you guys that i got hired yesterday and im so happy even though they put me in a seasonal account or co-terminus, I don't know why they put me there maybe they need a lot of man power because of these upcoming holidays. I know my employment is like a temporary employment but still job is a job im not a picky one. What miss rea said is very useful and applicable when you are going to apply in a call center, just relax and be true to your self that you can do it. Bago ako natanggap sa BPO, Mga 10times akong nag apply! Hindi ako magaling sa english pero nung last try ko na naging confident na lang ako! Kahit mali ang sinasabi mo. Basta wag ka lang madead air. I swear mahirap sa call center nakakanerbyos! Pero dpat check mo din ang company na aapplayan mo pra kapag nag ask may isasagot ka kahit paano.

I passed the mock call.. I lost with our conversation because I am new in call center.. and the avaya is too low and I think the caller was in speaker phone. The situation was a local telco concern, in 2k extra charge, I took her name and her number her bday.. hehehe then the interviewer told me to give her an option.. but i apologized told her that all I can say and hoping the best during my training if ever.. then she told I passed the mock call and wait for her in the lobby..

what if you have a current business but you were still applying as agent could we reason out to the interviewer that we are just wanted another source of income?
You don't even have to mention that. If they ask what you're currently doing, simply say you're helping with a business but you want a full time job. 🙂

i encountered berlitz ,it is a recorded voice mail like for example the customer asking how to get a new cellphone for her mom, give some plans and promo bundles explain to her further ... and i didn't know what to do or say so sadly im not hoping that i got the job 😢.

I passed the mock call.. I lost with our conversation because I am new in call center.. and the avaya is too low and I think the caller was in speaker phone. The situation was a local telco concern, in 2k extra charge, I took her name and her number her bday.. hehehe then the interviewer told me to give her an option.. but i apologized told her that all I can say and hoping the best during my training if ever.. then she told I passed the mock call and wait for her in the lobby..

You don't even have to mention that. If they ask what you're currently doing, simply say you're helping with a business but you want a full time job. 🙂
