Awesome I loved their pie's and now they're back, thanks for the heads up. I'll be getting what you ordered with a gravy on the side. I think that one close up shot of the cross section of the pie is sufficient.

Melissa Dangerfield they are very salty and very peppery, the inside is fluffy like a baked potato and the outside is crispy ( when hot), they are okay I don’t really like them since I don’t eat KFC that much I prefer Popeyes chicken ( it’s tastier)

Hey there Greg. If it's just "okay" for KFC then I'd probably pass. The crust looked good, but the inside looked kind of gross. And, in America we do call them fries. Actually I call big fries "chips" and skinny crunchy ones "fries".

Here in Scotland they have changed the fries to skin on ones. They're insane 😍 KFC gravy is also the best gravy ever.

KFC chips in Australia are streets ahead of the KFC chips in the UK and I’ve had both.

The reason it doesn’t have much spice in it because zingers are basically the spicy chicken fillet they put in burgers. And unlike original recipe spicy recipe doesn’t have that much herbs in them
i burned my finger once in an apple pie when i was younger, i wanted to see if it was hot enough inside and so i put my finger in it! Possibly not the best thing I've ever done lol

I'm not a fan of the U.K K.F.C. chips at the moment, they really need to sort them out, always soggy. They look nothing like yours did, would love to find them on my tray one time!!

I just ate one yesterday and its bloody hot spicy hot and you were spot on coz I had the same thoughts it felt like it needed more seasoning. I couldnt even taste the chicken. A big disappointment really.

In USA they call chips french fries. In AuSTRALIA we call pies, pies NOT bad boys. I hate that description. Will you tube take me off for hate crime?
What's a fry? We Muricans just simply call them tuber sourced carbohydrate sticks. The pie looks good. My favorite thing on the menu over here is the chicken pot pie. It costs a little more than $5 USD, doesn't come with "fries or chips" as you call them, and is about 3x the size of that one with a drink. It really is a gut buster, though!
The secret of the 11 herbs and spices is that there are only 5 now. They used to advertise 23 herbs and spices. Oh well, they no longer call themself Kentuky Fried Chicken, just KFC, so what do you expect.

pity about the kfc chips....I haven't liked kfcs chips since they changed the oil in 2012.....they always suffer from brewers droop.🥴
The trick with ya chips is ya gotta let them breathe a bit, or they'll soak in their own steam. Open the box as soon as possible and shake em up just a little. Yeah they wont stay hot as long but if you want a bit of crisp, thats the way to go.
KFC don't have flavour these days! I'm lucky if they've bothered to cook the chicken pieces

In Adelaide we have this Zinger Dunked Burger which was shit, i had it yesterday and it was soggy and full of bbq sauce.
We don't get pies in the United states. At least in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. And yes we call them fries or French fries.

Got the zinger slider of the secret menu today. Way better than this mediocre pie.
I had to get a refund because the base of the pie was soggy. Not just the one I got, but all the pies in the oven were soggy from the bottom. A pie is not supposed to be soggy and droopy.
The thing is tho what KFC are going to that can't even fry chips properly lol, I thought they have standards
