Although it may not be rejected by UPSC but still you should call UPSC Helpline number once and confirm

Only when you give the exam it counts aa attempt

They will ask for documents mainly at the interview stage
There is an undertaking for that which you need only at the DAF 2 stage

Qualification for this exam is graduation so upload that one Post grad degree can be added during DAF 2 after mains before interview

Parent's income is more than 8 lacs including salary but less than 8 lacs excluding salary. We have a obc ncl certificate as asked by upsc.
