Seemed he was just hamming it up for the movie-version of himself. I saw Pepe Le Pew, LOL!
And he has his own talent. Must suck to have to answer questions about Prince all the time.
@@victoriae.2371 I can see why you might think so, but I think over all Morris likes it. He seems to see it as a part of his career and life he was fortunate and blessed enough to experience.
Holy SHIT!!- MORRIS DAY!!!
I got to see Morris Day and the Time in Minneapolis. Morris is amazing.
Morris Day still a fly OG
Them Valentino shades is bad ass
Prince's firing of Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis is legendary. This is well documented fact - it's not up for dispute.
hitedialect, I was shocked when they said Morris fired Jam and Lewis. I thought everybody knew Prince fired them but I'm OLD enough to have lived through all of this when it was happening.
@@ucbx Me too!
Right..I was saying that my comment I hope they were being sarcastic
Facts!!
True he did fired them
THX FOR SHOWING LOVE TO OUR LEGENDARY MR. MORRIS DAY💯

Morris Day reminds me of the "Pimp C" of the 80's
Lmao! I never looked at it like that until you said it!
Good interview with a legend but man don't disrespect anyone's Mom with questions like dat 😞
@@rodneywhite4157 Right? WTF kind of a question was that?!
I know who Morris is, but why did I just feel like when he was asked where he was from he was going to say Illinois or Chicago. It's weird, but I can always tell when someone has a tie to where I'm from. And I LOVE "Gigolo's Get Lonely."
Morris glasses is HARD💯💯
I remember him and his band and Rihanna performed at the Grammys together a few years back
I met Morris Day in San Bernardino California, was back stage with my friends, after the Time performance, they walked back stage towards us, one of my band members said "What's up Morris? He said in cool fashion..."YES"!
Morris: I didnt meet him until years later
Envy: So did ya’ll play basketball? Was he good at basketball....
omfg 🤦🏽♀️
😂😂😂😂😂
When I was in 1st grade in California I remember my parents went to go see The Rolling Stones & Prince and they came home and said “that poor guy Prince got shoes thrown at him on stage”. I still remember that story.
I saw Prince with the Time in a concert and the Time stole the show. Back in the day entertainers were different. They were hustlers and very very creative.
I saw The Time in Detroit. He put Bruno Mars on blast for sampling his music. Lol Great performance!
Love Morris’ energy and positivity. Great interview!
You can still see The Time 1982 concert in Houston on UA-cam. Straight 🔥!
Morris Day is Such an entertainer. He aged very well.
